Really a shame there is no shuttle service from the hotel to the Hamilton airport. Everything else was great.

Location is good for traveling around Hamilton. However, downtown area is a bit dodgy. Staff are friendly but no housekeeping for the 2 days we stayed there. Good breakfast and free coffee in the lobby are pluses. Good coin laundry facilities.

Great place. Very clean and new. One bad thing is they don’t have complimentary parking which is not very good. So we parked at a nearby public lot which is much cheaper than the hotel’s.
