Nice and helpful staff, but the parking is limited and alternative parking space is not convenient

Room was quite big compare to others. it is clean and comfortable

Digging the free breakfasts here. Good location in that it's close to A&W (see below), Meltwich, Hess, etc. The fridge was a little loud, but the wifi is solid -- I was able to complete my late-night work-related task without any hassle at all.

Convenient location, clean, will try fitness center next time. Showers nice and hot even though I would prefer a bath. Hopefully pool will be open next year when we come back for my annual track meet in Hamilton. My son and I were quite happy with the breakfast buffet.

There is a kitchen and sofa in the room, but it feels old. The breakfast environment is good and rich.

The suite hotel is very spacious, the rooms are hygienic, and there is a small kitchen for simple food. The location is good, ten minutes walk from the shopping mall Jackson Square, there is a big Chinese supermarket in the shopping mall, very friendly to people who don't like western food. There are small supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around, which is very convenient.

Was a convenient location for the lacrosse game. Walkable with a few restaurants nearby. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and the breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of foods.

They overcharged my credit card and the bank shut it off. Then they wouldn't take debit to pay for the room.

I had a $400 suit (after taxes). It did not come with parking. Parking was extra. There was no mention of that extra fee anywhere in the online information or agreement. I wanted to stay at an adult centric high quality hotel. The people in the next room let their kids run up and down the hall, screaming.

Inside hotel was lovely, clean and our room was great with everything we needed. My daughter did complain that she was cold as only a thin blanket provided for pull out sofa bed. Sofa bed mattress was also uncomfortable. She didn’t tell us til later that morning so no opportunity to ask staff for additional bedding. Breakfast was mediocre, not much selection - particularly for those of us with dietary needs. Coffee was terrible but thankfully a Tim Hortons next to hotel (complete with security guard as clearly downtown Hamilton has its issues). Parking in underground garage was safe but additional $15 per night. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Staff was wonderful, room exceeded expectations, breakfast, there wasn’t anything they didn’t have. 10/10

Clean and quiet interior but didn't care for the location, very confusing and lots of homeless ppl around the area.

An excellent, clean, nicely appointed suite with excellent and friendly service checking in and out. Close to all sorts of stuff. Only one minor issue: the suite is not well lit. But a very minor complaint compared to the quality of the stay!
