Better than expected. Location is excellent, just the room a bit old. Anyway, good for short trip

The location and service are excellent.

A mainstay in the city; the towering jewel in Hamilton's craggy crown of flatlands and factories. Although somewhat stripped down due to COVID and the march of the years, this Sheraton cannot be beat when it comes to location. It's lodged in a complex that includes the Art Gallery of Hamilton as well as the glittering glamour of Jackson Square, that ever-shuddering heart of the living city. It's always great to spend an evening here, although, as usual, I wish they provided a robe!

The bed was very big and parking was inconvenient. There was infrastructure construction going on around the area. I asked the front desk to borrow a kettle and got a quick response. Parking costs 18 dollars per night, and there is a large supermarket nearby.

Old hotel, impeccable. If the price is right, just place an order!

The hotel is relatively old, and there is a shopping mall next to it. There is a large supermarket opened by Chinese people, and there are Chinese food in it. But there are many strange people near the hotel, it doesn't feel good.

The price/performance ratio is good, which is relatively good in Canada. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Overall it's good, better than expected, the furniture is more stylish, the things are more practical, and the transportation is convenient. Only breakfast is not available for the time being, but there is a breakfast stall across the road.

Room was excellent and clean, close to theatre district. Check-in was quick. Disappointing dining options in hotel & around . Only negative thing about the hotel ( this is our 3rd time here) and the bathtub/shower drains are always clogged & never drain properly, so you are standing in ankle deep dirty water when showering. All this would need would be regular drain de-clogging & cleaning out the gunk or hairs in the drain.

Went to visit family and the stay at the Sheraton is always great. Staff are so friendly and welcoming whether coming or going out they always say hello and have a nice day.

We really enjoyed ourselves! The restaurant was delicious and our server was great!! I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great since day 1, Our room includes breakfast from 6:30-9:30 am and hors D'oeuvres from 5:30-7:30 pm. We did not get breakfast on the first morning since we have ti leave early for my sons wrestling tournament, came back around 6 pm and went to club lounge and theres this lady staff looking at us head to foot, not even saying hi and hello or good evening...but we just dont sat nothing. The second morning the day we will be checking out since my sons wrestling match starts 8 we decided to have our breakfast since it was our last day and we will be checking out early., theres this another staff who was kinda shocked when we came in, when in fact only guest with acceess to club lounge can enter , started banging utensils, but we didnt care, it couldnt be for us, we put away our coats and started getting breakfast, she started asking us which room are we? so still being polite and respectful, didnt say anything, my son started right away, while my son was grabbing some potatoes the lady immediately grab the serving spoon by my sons hand and said in a very bad manner, this is not for this and slam the serving spoon to back to the plate and even end up in the floor, she was just banging everthing and questioning us about everything. Everyone was treated the same, some guests were taling to us asking ourselves why is this woman sooo rude early in the morning. I asked for coffee dis nit even get one. Until we are about to leave she still banging and everyone can hear.
