There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel service is good. There is a free bus at the door, which is very convenient to go to other places on the island. It is also very convenient to walk to the pier for ten minutes. The hotel is a family, very comfortable, if you want to add bedding, provide free bedding, cost-effective.

My husband and I booked a Deluxe King Spa Room for 5 nights, 6 days including continental breakfast. Overall we were happy with our stay. Staff were friendly, room was clean, the pool area was lovely. Only small complaints are that the pillows were not very comfortable and the bathroom needs updating, the water pressure in the shower was very bad. The restaurant in the resort was lovely for our daily breakfasts but very expensive. If you wanted hot food for breakfast you had to pay for it and the price of $5 for a hash brown, $5 for bacon and $3 for a poached egg was exuberant. We realised that the inclusive continental breakfast did not include hot breakfast foods. The choice of other breakfast foods was ok. I, personally would like to give a shout out to Christina at reception for looking after me when I needed a special favour 😊.

The Mirage is a gorgeous hotel with modern rooms and breathtaking views. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment (room 53) which overlooked the sea and the pool. The apartment was spacious and had all amenities. It’s a 5min cab ride to the main ***** in Airlie Beach which costs $10 each way. The hotel also offer a free shuttle at 10:30am and 2:30pm daily which was handy. Now to go over the not so great aspects of hotel. The rug in room 53 is stained, dirty and I had to ask for someone to come up to vacuum it when I arrived because I didn’t want my baby crawling on it. Even with the vacuum it was still disgusting. The rug needs to go! The bed heads need to be replaced as the material is flaking and gets all over the bed. The shower screens were not cleaned at all. Standard of cleaning must be improved. The breakfast is pretty average, presentation, quality and variety needs to be improved. The portable clothes line in our laundry was old and broken, needed to be thrown out and not offered to guests in that state. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

I thank you so much for making our kids experience unforgettable, my kids loved the way you treated them and literally told me we haven't had the best customer service before, this is the best place for families! We drove up from Melbourne towing our boat and stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom cabin (sleeps 6) for 5 nights 26/6/23 to 1/7/23 - It was INCREDIBLE. This was our best family holiday so far. 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 2). Our cabin was right next to the park and jumping pillow which was perfect! The play equipment was great and kept the kids entertained for hours as well as all the other kids staying in the park. Boat was easy to park just behind our cabin, others had parked their trailers/caravans there too so plenty of room while you’re there for storage. Our cabin was stunning. It was huge, full kitchen, lounge, dinner table, bathroom with a washer and dryer, tvs in both bedrooms and the lounge! Everything was super comfy and worked smoothly without issues. So good to be able to relax in your own space with everything you need and not take any dirty washing home! Only minor comment is that there was free wifi but it’s temperamental so we weren’t able to connect at all - didn’t bother us but just so you know. The pool was crystal clear salt water, huge, toddler pool also and a water park. Not heated so lovely and refreshing! The kids and us were fully entertained and enjoyed hours splashing in both. These facilities far outweigh other parks in the area and I wouldn’t choose any other park with kids. Hands down the way to go. The grounds are pristine and well kept, lush and so beautiful. So much space to play and walk and enjoy. Pedal carts were fun and games room took spare change haha! Reception staff always kind and helpful ready to go above and beyond. We had booked a room and tried to change it online but had issues through the booking company and extra fees. When we checked in they advised they upgraded us for free! AMAZING!! We rode into town for dinner and sightseeing a few nights/days and it was 3.5km, an easy ride our 5 year old managed no issues. Jubilee tavern is super close and has an awesome playground for kids. Also a great skate park just up from that and in Airlie an epic park too.so convenient to the park. We 300% recommend Discovery Parks Airlie Beach and WILL DEFINITELY be back to stay many more times. This place is very good, the view is very wide, it is a villa-style room, and the hotel offers a free golf cart, of course, you must bring a driver's license and translation.

As a business owner myself, it always intrigues me when people don't test out their own business and its amenities. We stayed here one night on a powered site which we felt was reasonably priced. However, there are a few things that could be improved concerning the amenities block which are beyond confusing. The amenities are quite hard to get your head around as they are in one block but make no sense whatsoever where the females and males toilets etc actually are. There are no hand dryers or paper towels in the bathrooms either which just leaves you with an 'ick' feeling when you've washed your hands but aren't able to dry them. The dump station is also part of the amenities block, so heaven forbid you need to use any amenities while someone is emptying their toilet cartridge.... Great having a dump station in the camp ground, but more thought should have been put into where it went on site. Even better if your plot is right next to the dump station... The showers are hot and have good pressure but the water goes absolutely everywhere - it looked like quite a few of the nozzles were blocked which meant it was actually quite hard to get the water spray concentrated enough to rinse long hair. There are also no shower curtains and no separation between the shower and where you hang your fresh clothes etc. I think this place could be great, but I question whether the business owners have ever actually used their own amenities here?

There are not many hotels of scale in the whole town of Airee Beach. We saw the signs and advertisements of this hotel when we landed at the airport, and we also saw it along the way. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that the hotel is really in the center of the town. In addition to accommodation, there are also restaurants and bars downstairs. The hotel has its own small swimming pool, and you can walk directly to the beach across the road, which can be said to be very, very convenient. How good is the ecological environment? You can feed wild parrots on the balcony, and you can see fish, shrimps and crabs when you go to the sea. The hotel also upgraded us to a twin room with sea view, but remember that after 8 pm, you need to use the room key to turn the first keyhole of the elevator to use the elevator!
