Very good accommodation, facing the sea, the view is amazing, the service is also very good, but on the day of check-in, my room was given to another guest, saying that the name was similar and it was a mistake, so we had to wait for two hours. I don't understand why it takes so long to give a new room even if the room is wrong. But the service attitude is very friendly, and finally gave 3 cans of Coke as compensation. Kangaroos can be seen everywhere near the hotel

It was just great! We were blessed with good weather and the view from the balcony was spectacular! It was such a comfortable time that I wanted to live here. The front desk staff were smiling and kind, and I think the location is relatively good! I was also happy to see the yellowtails come by from time to time. The pool is deep in some parts, so people who are short should be careful about that, but I still enjoyed it. It was 3 days and 2 nights, but I highly recommend it! On the last day, I grilled a steak in the kitchen and it was delicious.

Very comfortable and spacious high-rise apartment hotel. The hotel is in a moderate location, close to Maoyan Beach. The airport is not far from the hotel and there is a free bus shuttle, which is very convenient. There are also free public minibuses on the island, which run every ten to twenty minutes and can reach the main attractions and piers. There is a stop right in front of the hotel. The room facilities, sanitary environment and services are all good. If you plan to stay at this hotel, be sure to book in advance.

The landscape is invincible! Downstairs is the swimming pool and beach, and wallabies can be seen on the lawn. The room is very spacious, the living room, balcony, and bedroom are all very large. It is very comfortable to live in! In peak season, 1700+ a night, the price/performance ratio is not bad.

The scenery is very good. It should be a relatively large hotel on the island. The apartment facilities are a bit old, but they are very complete and convenient. It is very close to the golf cart rental place and not far from the pier.

The apartments are huge with spectacular views from the large balcony. We were on the seventh floor. The least expensive units on the first 4 floors might have a somewhat less magnificent view. There is no restaurant but cold drinks, snacks and ice cream are available. The Reef View hotel a short walk away has a restaurant. The free shuttle buses are frequent. Hamilton Island is a great place to visit.

Spacious area - wasn't serviced regularly only once in 6 days - nice position and pool area was lovely and quiet

Great spot for relaxing vacation - although some advice: ask to be in a unit AWAY from the construction noise. They didn't start too early but we couldn't stay in our room during the day (putting a damper on afternoon naps for certain members of the group!)

Bed was not so comfortable and shower head has no pressure. But rain shower is good size and value of apartment good. The staff are phenomenal and the views amazing !!!!! Definitely need a new mattress though.

This place is exceptional! The view from the Whitsunday Apartments is unparalleled. The apartment was immaculately clean and the shower was great. Also loved the body wash/shampoo/conditioner. The staff was incredibly nice.

Great large apartment with spectacular view overlooking catseye beach. Really enjoyed daily visits from the sulphur crested cockatoos and the sight of the kangaroos on the lawn. The free bus service makes everything easy to reach.

Lovely property so close and convenient to everything. Staff were so helpful and happy to help.

Very accommodating staff. Had a couple of little problems in room and they were taken care of instantly. Close to everything and the pool was fabulous.
