Family-friendly Hotels in Hammamet

Second time in this hotel and always pleasant stay. A warm welcome from Madame Dorsaf and the reception staff. All the staff are there to listen to you, from the chambermaids to the restaurant waiters and the entertainers. A room with a superb view of the sea and the swimming pool. Chef Saber in the kitchen always ready to satisfy you, he knew how to prepare a meal for 12 people at the last moment in order to have an evening with friends met during the stay at the hotel. Without forgetting the possibility of accessing the thalasso of the second hotel and these 3 swimming pools, the aquatonic of which has sea water. that we will return a third time.

The hotel is very good with friendly staff. The canteen staff namely Safi , Tawfik, Mohammed , and second Sami deserve 5 stars. They served us with a smile always. The housekeeping staff Najma was friendly and kept the room clean and tidy with decorations by flowers. Overall I would give all a 5 star rating. Pool staff , were brilliant as well.

Beautiful hotel in and out we had the premium suite and it was amazing with a living room area two balcony’s his and her sinks and a bath and shower we loved it overlooking the 3 beautiful pools and the sea. Buffet was an average all inclusive style food, being vegetarian I was a little annoyed with how much meat was in everything without choices for veggies but I only had to ask and pasta would be made special for me or stir fry ect but we did tip for that. Biggest down fall of this hotel is the drinks ! When you’re round the pool you expect a cold fizzy coke ! It is all bottles and flat and warm they need to invest in a fizzy drink machine. Alcohol is hit and miss I ordered a vodka coke and was pure water. Not much entertainment at this hotel and nothing during the day if you want a relaxing quiet holiday this is the place for you the sister hotel we went to once but this was quite crowded. The usual tip the lifeguard and you will get a sun bed applies here but we was up at 9 am some days and still got a bed they could do with a few more at the beach though. And there is a really loud buzzing noise at the beach that they need to rectify it goes on non stop! Overall all we loved this hotel just a few things they needed to change like the drinks and no ice cream ? Strange. I would rate this hotel a 4 star because of those reasons but the staff are very helpful and mostly friendly.

We booked this hotel last minute as we wanted alittle winter sun. The reviews online were amazing and that’s why we booked this hotel, on face value it’s picturesque and the gardens are well maintained. The private beach is amazing, a great feature to this hotel. There are however a few things to note especially if you’re English! This is very much a French hotel, everyone speaks in French, daytime games are in French, evening entertainment is in French and even the signs around the hotel are all in French. This didn’t bother us too much as we were able to use Google translate, it can get alittle difficult when trying to communicate and at times it felt quite isolating. Most of the entertainment team, bar staff and reception speak English so that helps a lot. The rooms are very basic with only one socket available In a room suitable for 4 people, I would recommend bringing an extension lead, on a positive note the beds are super comfortable. The aircon unit is dated so doesn’t work very well, can imagine this causing some discomfort in the peak summer months. The food is lovely, one of the best parts of the hotel. Authentic Tunisian dishes are served which were great to try. Breakfast is the same everyday which did become quite repetitive but if you love an omelette you’ll be alright. Lunch and dinner are pretty much the same most days but they do have a grill station and a pasta bar if you want to mix it up. If you are a fussy eater I wouldn’t necessarily sign up to the all inclusive, they don’t serve your standard all inclusive dishes ie nuggets and chips. The dessert station was lovely but again it’s the same everyday so can become quite repetitive. The snack bar is left overs from lunch. There are only 5 cocktails on the all inclusive but they are very nice and tasty so don’t be put off but the limited menu. The WiFi is pot luck, sometimes it lets you connect sometimes it doesn’t. If your room is close to the reception you could get wifi in it, ours wasn’t so the only time we got a connection was in reception or around the pool and most of the time it didn’t work. Overall, this is a great place for some winter sun on a budget. We did thoroughly enjoy ourselves but we only stayed for 5 days, I think anymore maybe too much.

Great holiday, Yacine is brilliant! The food was amazing and it was great to have so much option. The room was really comfortable and everything in the room worked really well. So many activities to do during the day it was great. We had the best time and the staff were really friendly and attentive

BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

Room was good, cleaned everyday, everyday clean towels. Very friendly service, everyday asked us if everything was okay. Food also ok, large selection, you could choose e.g. omelette, pancakes, pizza, pasta or fish. good desserts and fruits. Good coctails. Beach also good. The pool is quiet, sun loungers are available there is no need to book them :) and the bar is open. large deep pool. Diverse music. Every day a lot of animations, stretching, darts, aquagym, water polo, volleyball. In the evening, there is a mini-disco and various events: karaoke, games, and at the end of the day, a disco. Great job by the animators, Kouki and Dido are the best.

Perhaps due to the off-season, the hotel is very cost-effective, including three meals. The quality of the meals far exceeded expectations. The facilities are a bit old, and although the staff is not enthusiastic, they are very efficient.
