Accueil catastrophique les dames de la réception sont très méchante. Le bagagiste ne sourit jamais. Et en plus ils traitent les groupes d’étrangers mieux que nous. Il fallait 2,5 h pour nous donner notre chambre le chek in et tres lent . Pas de wifi dans les chambre . Pas de mini frigo dans les chambers. Parking trop petit . Les agents de sécurité sont tres méchantes. Le buffet et moyen pas trop de choix. La piscine couverte réserve a les clients de spa. Les 2 autre piscine pas disponible ( piscine enfant et piscine adulte only) Une seul pris d’électricité dans une chambre a 3 . Le nettoyage des chambres est pas ouf. Le bar intérieur et payent même en bracelet all inclu . Pas de plage privée Bref je ne recommande l’hôtel et je reviendrai plus.

Une catastrophe du début à la fin. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été pris en charge par un membre du personnel particulièrement désagréable qui m'a fait tourner en rond pendant des heures. On m'a d'abord attribué une chambre sans climatisation, puis une deuxième où rien ne fonctionnait correctement. Finalement, après avoir forcer 2h, on m'a donné une chambre avec le strict minimum : une Clim qui fonctionne à moitié.. et la propreté reste à désirer malgré que le personnel du ménage est sympa. Le personnel ne semblait pas du tout concerné par mon inconfort, préférant m'ignorer ou me faire patienter indéfiniment. Cet hôtel est à fuir, à moins que vous ne soyez prêt à subir un séjour désastreux avec un service exécrable.
