Je reste abasourdi par les commentaires élogieux sur l'Orange Beach à moins de mettre trompé! L'hôtel est propre mais commence à accuser le poids des ans et les équipements, les chambres commencent à ressembler à un centre de vacance. L'accueil à la réception, au restaurant est courtois mais froid et à vrai dire la clientèle allemande et plus âgée est plus appréciée, pourboires obligent. L'animation est assez sommaire avec des le minimum requis et on ressent une certaine lassitude au sein de cette équipe. La restauration quant à elle est d'une grande pauvreté, les entrées et les desserts changent peu d'un jour à l'autre et restent très fades. Les tables ne sont pas débarrassées et les serveurs pas souriants pour deux sous. En conclusion, ce lieu est quelque peu démodé et plus généralement la Tunisie où l'accueil et la qualité des infrastructures sont en déclin face à l'Egypte le Maroc ou les Canaries. Pour ma part, ce sera la dernière fois dans ce pays.

J’ai beaucoup aimé la restauration, beaucoup de choix. Le cadre est très beau, beaucoup d’activités, de soirées. Un grand bravo aux animateurs qui mettent une très bonne ambiance. Je recommande fortement pour un séjour de qualité en Tunisie. De plus je souhaite à souligner le professionnalisme des serveurs, des femmes de ménages et des jardiniers.

Très bon hôtel, un service de qualité, une équipe qui est très accueillante et toujours à disposition. Magnifique endroit propre je recommande fortement. Une très bonne animation la journée au activité comme le soir à la discothèque, toujours avec le sourire et une bonne ambiance !

Super réveillon du 31, personnels trop gentil, des femmes de chambres au service au animateurs. Des super soirée passées à la discothèque de l'hôtel pour finir au bar. Une plage magnifique avec un super coucher de soleil. Des repas variés. Un endroit à faire.

Super séjours, restaurant au top avec de serveur toujours là pour répondre à nos attentes, super repas le soir du nouvel an. Les femmes de ménages sont au top. Beaucoup d'activité sportive propos chaque jour ainsi que les soirée chaque soir. L’équipe d'animation incroyable (rio, didou...). Je recommande fortement.

Bel hôtel en bord de plage, chambre faite chaque jour, réapprovisionnement de gel douche/shampooing, thé et café quotidiens. La piscine couverte chauffée est un plus les jours de fraicheur. Laverie avec lave-linge et sèche linge gratuits, lessive à disposition. Restauration bonne et variée, bar Jasmin ouvert 24/24 avec snack à proximité. Jolie plage avec transats et matelas. Une belle expérience.

Great holiday as always. Weather could be so much better! Staff all work tirelessly. Always friendly and smiling. Entertainment team work so hard. The waiters and bartenders are all very friendly. Very inclusive for all ages. Tank you very much.
