The GOOD: Customer service was good overall
The BAD: The TV did not turn on! The water in bathroom was very slow.
The UGLY: the ANTS in the bathroom! I noticed them about 2am at which point i was way too tired to complain and go thru switching rooms. I kept everything including shoes above the floor. I didn't feel comfortable enough to even shower!
The AFTER: upon checking it, i expressed my complaints at the desk. It was received with empathy and she was apologetic. I was asked for my phone number and i gave my hilton rewards and was told someone would be in touch. I was told my receipt would be emailed. It was not. I called back and spoke with a gentleman who stated my email wasn't on file. I explained that it was asked of me when i checked out. So i gave it again. I also asked if my complaint had been noted. He wasn't sure but he asked what they were. He asked if i have proof like photos specifically re the ants. That the process was to send proof to corporate and i would be contacted. I told him none of that was said to me. If it were i would have gone back to the room to do so. I was tired and frustrated. After hanging up. A few minutes later i checked my email for the receipt. It was not there so i called again. This time i asked if he would repeat what i told him. He had it wrong. He tried to tell me that's what i told him. No, i know my own email. I didn't like the tone. I received my receipt. Not going back to stay again...ANTS
