The bed is very comfortable. The view is the ocean so that’s great . They definitely don’t allow smoking of any kind in the room or on the balcony. Just smoke in your car . Parking under the hotel to protect your car. Also microwave in the room no coffee maker in the room . They make coffee in the lobby free

Our stay was so nice , starting with Bob at the front desk :) he was so welcoming as well as helpful with dinner spots !! The room was perfect and the balcony was the best part !!! Everything here was wonderful!! We’ll be back :)

Spacious rooms overlooking the beach. All Hampton Beach is walkable from the Hampton House. Friendly staff.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. Needs updating. They need to add more curtains. Curtains don’t fit windows. Very sunny in AM. Carpet smelled really bad. Not really clean. Dead bugs and dirt on floors. Shower was very small. Shower head needs adjusting. Balcony great and location awesome for beach, shopping, eating and walking. Recommend to stay if you enjoy looking over the ocean on the balcony and watching cars race by. .

TV set up could be better. No on demand, access to smart tv apps, no guide to see what was on the tv and mostly sports stations. Other than that I loved the stay. The ocean view was so refreshing. Garage easy to access will be returning
