Choose a room with a stream view. There are three types of hot springs you can bathe in. There are also limited-time exhibitions. It’s a very relaxing itinerary. It’s great.

1. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services to Hanamaki and Shin-Hamaki. There are multiple buses every day, and it is very convenient to go back and forth. It can be used as the center of Hanamaki tourism. 2. Osawa Onsen was loved by Kenji Miyazawa in the past. There are well-preserved old houses and mixed bathing hot springs for self-catering. The food is also affordable. The hotel dinner starts at 5,500 yen/person, and I feel very full. The hotel has two inner baths, one of which can be shared by self-catering guests, so there are more people and the windows are half open; the other is exclusive to the hotel, with fewer people, but there is no open-air bath. The hotel's private hot spring room is first-come, first-served. If you see no one, you can use it. It's very nice. 3. The whole hotel is full of history and very quiet. Basically, you can only hear the sound of the water of the Fengze River next to it. It is very suitable for rest and you can also walk around nearby. We stayed for 3 nights, just our Chinese family.

This time I stayed in a two-room room with a toilet in Shanshui Pavilion. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Especially when sitting in the room, you could see the beautiful mountain scenery and green woods outside the window, which was really very healing. There are several hot spring pools in the hotel, but I only went to the one closest to the room and it felt great. The dining environment for breakfast is excellent and there are many types of meals. The hotel service staff are also very kind. Osawa Hot Spring Hotel includes transportation. If you can't catch the shuttle bus during the time on your way there, you can take the bus, which costs 650¥. You can take the return trip at the hotel after checking out, which is very convenient. I think Daze is a very good hotel and I will choose to stay there again if I have the opportunity.

This is a delightful onsen, easily accessed from Hanamaki, with modern and comfortable public areas, including a large lounge area overlooking a fast flowing river. Our room was very spacious, tastefully decorated and also overlooked the river, with thick and very comfortable futon provided. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and probably the best we experienced in six onsen in which we stayed during our trip to Japan. The meals were served in a pleasant dining room, where we were kindly assisted by a charming English and Japanese speaking Nepalese server, who explained each dish as well as providing exemplary service. The baths were fabulous - very large, spotlessly clean and once again overlooking the river. The adjoining historic wooden building was very interesting, but unfortunately, its outdoor bath beside the river was closed. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the room rates offered excellent value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I have found my perfect onsen. It might be farther than I used to go for an Onsen , three hours instead of an hour's travel but after being made to wear a skirt to be able to use my old onsen, this place is worth it. Besides, the food is much much better. I might have missed something when I booked on the internet, but I was given a smoking room .I had to leave the window open for a while to clear out the smell. Apart from that, the room was big ,clean , has a bath and a toilet. When I step out to the corridor,  a Japanese lady introduced herself to me, her name is Mami ,saying she will be looking after my room , putting out my bed ( mattress on the floor the Japanese way ) serving me dinner. I stayed two nights, the first dinner was a bit of a struggle for her as she tried her best to explain what I was eating, it was a Kaiseiki dinner of about 10 courses. She explained every one of them, including each ingredient. The second night was a different story. She had every course written out and explained every thing proficiently.   Bless her heart. I am an old man of 75 and this young lady tried so hard to look after me. I am touched by her efforts . I dropped my chopstick once an I can hear quick shuffle of feet, and a new pair of chopsticks was in my hand. Osawa Onsen Sansuikagu was to my mind, extremely good, not ten out of ten, but a nine point eight out of ten. Some food, grilled fish , was a bit cold when it should have been hot. There is only salt , no pepper on the table for breakfast, but then again the cuisine is Japanese, not European, not some dried scrambled eggs. The main outdoor Osawa Onsen was the main feature of the hotel.  There were 4 or five other onsens in the hotel , some more beautiful and exquisite than others but the most famous one, Osawa Onsen,  stood out. It's  a mixed onsen which singles, families, couples , foreigners, young and old can enjoy.. in the nude.  I had a great time..very very impressed . Getting there is super easy ( I think.) I go to JR Ticket Office available at many train stations. I got shinkansen train tickets departing from Ueno Station ( to me Ueno station is not as big and less busy than Tokyo Station.)   Yamabiko 59 train , departing 11.42 am. to arrive at  Shin Hanamaki station at 14.41 pm. Once arrived , go to information office and they will tell you to walk outside to free bus stop number 2 . At 3.10 pm. the free bus will come to pick you up to Osawa Onsen. Ask before you get off the bus. It might stop at other onsens along the way. Get also the return ticket , Yamabiko 60. Free bus leaves Osawa at 10.50 a m. Train leaves Shin Hanamaki at 12.20 and arrive at Ueno at 15.18 pm. Enjoy your trip.

The lobby is on the 3rd floor, and the room on the 1st floor has a wide window where you can see the flow of the river and it is very open. The room is spacious and clean. There are 5 hot springs that can be entered in the hotel, and one night is not enough, so you can enjoy both the open-air bath and the indoor bath. Yakushi-no-Yu, Kawabe-no-Yu, and Osawa-no-Yu go through the building of the self-catering club, so you can feel the atmosphere of the self-catering club and want to stay here and treat yourself to a hot spring. The food is delicious and the seats are well spaced, so I am very satisfied. The employees' attention to detail is truly professional. I would like to come again for consecutive nights.

"Weekday Simple Plan" Dinner is less. It was just the right amount for us. The rooms are on the mountain stream side of the main building. The mixed bathing open-air bath "Osawa no Yu" was abandoned because there were too many men. I enjoyed the women-only time. There is a free pick-up service from Shin-Hanamaki, which is recommended.

There are many baths that guests can use, such as indoor baths, semi-open-air baths, and open-air baths. The open-air bath with a superb view overlooking the river is mixed bathing, but for a certain period of time, it is also a women's bath. The room and food were wonderful.

My sister and her husband are repeaters, and this is the third time. I visited the hot springs in this area about 6 years ago, but this is my first time at Sansuikaku. I had an image of a small old inn, but it was surprisingly large and there was a hot spring inn. An inn with a good atmosphere. I was surprised when I entered the room after being guided! ️Even though it's a 4-person room, it has a twin bed and a 12-tatami mat Japanese-style room plus a 6-tatami mat room by the window. wide! ️ too much space. And the room is clean. There are no baths, but that's no problem at this ryokan, which has many on-site baths! Relaxing space of great satisfaction. The view from the room is only the parking lot of the inn, but that's okay. Of course bath is good! The open-air bath is also great. All meals are very satisfying for the Umashi family. The amount is as large as this. I go on a hot spring trip with this member 2 to 3 times a year, but everyone was smiling and popular. I will personally come again! I want to enjoy a stay of about a week in the hot springs without my family. Will definitely use again.
