Good health, there is no elevator in the underground parking lot. If you bring children, it is best not to consider it. Only adults can play it.

Work always takes you up to interesting destinations and this time around it was Germany. It seemed like a great stay next to the backyard river with a jogging and cycling track thrown in, had a wonderful time at this great small property with a mini gym and breakfast buffet thrown in. A special mention for the wonderful staff specially Violetta'bajraja' ( I hope I remember her name correctly)at the check in desk which welcomes everyone around with a smile and is always willing to walk the extra mile for the guests, all in all a good property with big rooms and comfortable stay, I wish all it's members a very best for the future endeavours cheers!

Had to book in here at short notice as Lufthansa had royally shafted us with our flights but to be honest, we wished we had stayed here instead of a more expensive place in the middle of Frankfurt. Close to the S-Bahn station or a €20 Uber ride into Frankfurt itself. Rooms are a decent size and clean. The showers are spot on. Staff were really nice as well. Can't comment on breakfast as we left before. There doesn't seem to be much in the area but the McDonald's round the corner was enough for us. As a base to explore Frankfurt it would be ideal. A lot cheaper than staying in the city centre

We have been at this Restaurant a couple of times over the last years. It was good and is a family owened place. Actually, we were very positively surprised the last visit. It has been upgraded dramatically. The interior has been lovely refurbished and decorated. The exterior has been nicely improved as well. And of course, the most important, the food is outstanding still. Very good quality and freshness, very well presented and very tasteful. The menu shows a good variaty of german dishes and some local specialities. The wine menu is not too big, but offers a good selection of german and international wines. We spend another outstanding dinner recently and will come back for sure. If you are in mood for a quiet place to enjoy food, nature and german hospitality, this is the place to go.

Stayed here as it was close to the train station - room was a good size and the bathroom clean but the shower pressure was low. Check-in was quick and courteous, the only down side is the streets outside, full of smokers and (I was told) drug dealers.

This is a 100 years old hotel; we choose this hotel because of the hotel interior has a very authentic look liken that you are in the 60’s feeling compared to modern building hotels. It looks old from the outside but it very cleans from the inside. All the rooms are big and renovated and very clean. There are fan and heater in the room. The hotel is located at the right side of Frankfurt HBF, very convenience for those travelling by train. Hotel provide welcome drink with champaign on arrival and also free flow of coffee and tea, cake in the reception area until 6.00pm every day. In the room the provide pepsi cola, orange juice, water and other soft drink in their refrigerator free of charge. Breakfast is Euro15.00 with salmon fish. We have read some negative review on outside the hotel but so far it is safe as we go in and out of the hotel many times. When you travel don’t show off all your valuable in any European countries. We stay at the room facing the back therefore it is very peaceful and quite at night. The receptionists both men and women are very friendly, helpful and good. Should we go there again we will consider this hotel again.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the discovery of bed bugs on my last day. Despite this issue, I found the overall stay to be acceptable. The breakfast wuthin my expectations, but I believe the reception could improve. Coming back on bed bugs I urge the hotel to prioritise thorough inspections and preventive measures to ensure a pest free environment for guests.

Stayed here to watch my son play hockey at the local hockey club. Easy access to frankfurt Airport and city. Plenty of nice cafes in hanau too. Room was clean and well equipped as was bathroom. Enjoyed the small but functional gym room too Breakfast had a good selection of quality items, replenished frequently throughout service. Staff attentive and friendly Perhaps a coffee machine in room would be a nice touch!

GGuest UserGuten Tag meine Damen und Herren Ich war vom 11. -13. November 2022 Gast im Hotel Plaza in Hanau. Gerne möchte ich Sie darüber Informieren, dass das Hotel nicht den Sicherheit Vorschriften entspricht. Der Grund dafür ist wie folgt, im späteren Abend (Uhr 00:30) konnte ich nicht mehr in mein Zimmer da der Schlüssel nicht mehr funktionierte. Darauf hin haben wir mehrmals probiert (mit dem Notruf der Polizei und der Feuerwehr ) das betreffenden Personal über die Notfall Nummer anzurufen (ohne erfolg das Telefon war ausgeschaltet). Die Rezeption war die ganze Nacht nicht besetzt. Es gibt zweit Notfall Nummer, die eine im Aufzug ist ungültig und die anderen an der Rezeption ausgeschaltet. In diesem falle ist es unverantwortlich, dass ein Hotel mit über 100 Betten keine Nachportier hat der Dienst hat. Die Polizei hat mich gegen Uhr 03:10 angerufen und mir mitgeteilt, dass sie jemanden gefunden haben, die mir weiterhelfen kann. Ich bitte Sie diese Bewertung in ihres Hotelportal zu veröffentlichen damit die Gäste kein unnötiges Risiko eingehen müssen weil eine Hotelkette mit Sparmaßnahmen die Sicherheit der Hotelgäste aufs spiel setzt. Der Ganze Vorfall ist bei der Polizei in Hanau Protokolliert. Freundliche Grüsse Gast

GGuest UserWe were in the Roman courtyard in Hanau, just around the corner of the Tripp Inn, which includes the Roman courtyard as 2-Sterne house. They only serve to sleep there and very satisfied. Had 2 single beds and these were beautifully separated so my husband could watch TV without disturbing me.
