Ein tolles, modernes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Gaststube, wo es Frühstück gibt und auch die Möglichkeit zum Abendessen besteht, ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist ein Gaumenschmaus. Sehr lecker und preislich für diese Qualität top. 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Perfect platform for events: quiet, far from Frankfurter-Trubels! In February 2024, we held a business deal with 40 people at Dorint Hotel Bad Vilbel. This was a day and evening event. The whole settlement in the forefront, with detail wishes from me to the event day - was compulsory, timely and professional. You always had the look for the feasible. The meeting room is bright and what you need for technology - completely enough. Depending on the size of the event, you should book the external technology offered by the hotel. The welcome lunch in the bar area was creative and very tasteful in the presentation. You have received special wishes in the forefront regarding intolerance / allergies and was considered by the kitchen team. For the evening we had had a ”side event” on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Also here, the detailed arrangements with another service provider were uncomplicated and professional. A oighear track with winter cabin magic was a successful team event. The dinner in the adjacent brasserie had a high level. No trace of ”pure banket kitchen”. What is the team of Mr. Jonas Graf (restaurant manager for us Sommelier ) on the table, looking for the same. The whole service team, was careful, quick and very friendly. There is nothing ”from the bar”. The bar was as professional - the ”joys behind the bar” knew what to do! Arrived at hotel at 07.15 am on Thursday 21st Sept after a horrendous journey only to find out I had booked the previous night. Chap on reception was fantastic, switched our booking and managed to get us rooms with no charge. Hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from main train station. Doesn't look much from outside, but rooms are great and well fitted out. Staff superb.

This is a 100 years old hotel; we choose this hotel because of the hotel interior has a very authentic look liken that you are in the 60’s feeling compared to modern building hotels. It looks old from the outside but it very cleans from the inside. All the rooms are big and renovated and very clean. There are fan and heater in the room. The hotel is located at the right side of Frankfurt HBF, very convenience for those travelling by train. Hotel provide welcome drink with champaign on arrival and also free flow of coffee and tea, cake in the reception area until 6.00pm every day. In the room the provide pepsi cola, orange juice, water and other soft drink in their refrigerator free of charge. Breakfast is Euro15.00 with salmon fish. We have read some negative review on outside the hotel but so far it is safe as we go in and out of the hotel many times. When you travel don’t show off all your valuable in any European countries. We stay at the room facing the back therefore it is very peaceful and quite at night. The receptionists both men and women are very friendly, helpful and good. Should we go there again we will consider this hotel again.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the discovery of bed bugs on my last day. Despite this issue, I found the overall stay to be acceptable. The breakfast wuthin my expectations, but I believe the reception could improve. Coming back on bed bugs I urge the hotel to prioritise thorough inspections and preventive measures to ensure a pest free environment for guests.

We stayed here two separate nights on our trip. The night after flying into FRA and the night before we fly out of FRA. We came from the US and met up with our daughter from the UAE. So we selected rooms to accommodate 3 adults. We found the hotel to be clean, conveniently located and economical. The room size was modest just like the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. They stored our bags as we explored locally waiting to check in. We did not try the breakfast but there are also plenty of dining options in the area. The train station is a 5 minute walk. We rode the S-Bahn to and from the airport. Trams were just out front of the hotel and provided quick links to Romer Christmas markets and the Apfelwein restaurants across the river. We would definitely stay here again
