華宜是目前邯鄲唯一的五星級酒店，今年五月剛剛開業。裝修的相當精緻豪華。大廳的面積很大，停車挺很方便，適合自駕出來旅遊。房間挺大的，裝修的非常漂亮，温馨，沒有裝修味道，而且細節都很好，例如燈光的設計，電動窗簾和智能馬桶，都給人豪華舒適的感覺。早餐非常豐富。 前台的服務人員都非常都很熱情，細緻，於經理工作也非常敬業。值得一提的是迎賓的小夥也非常主動熱情。

家人旅遊，幫忙預訂的房間，因為工作原因我沒有去，所以根據家人的所見所聞做出箇中肯的評價。酒店離高鐵站很近，打車十幾分鍾，酒店有免費接站服務，這個很貼心。提前聯繫酒店安排，不用下車再匆忙找車還不知道該怎麼和司機説地方。酒店直接把這個問題解決掉啦。下高鐵司機就已經在等啦。酒店位置在市中心，周邊就有兩個大商場，吃飯逛街都很方便。酒店離好多景點也很久，家人去了叢台公園，博物館，回車巷等。古色古香，邯鄲這個三千年沒改名的城市，確實不虛此行。話説回來，酒店有免費的下午茶，簡單還是也很不錯的。晚上有暖胃粥，熬的很好喝。都是免費的，很貼心。再提一下前台的服務，有任何問題前台都會積極的力所能及的解決。很有效率。這是一趟令家人很滿意的旅行。祝酒店越來越好

The breakfast was the same as the vegetable market, and the parking space at the door was not very good. The front desk and cleaning staff were always asking for good reviews. Overall, the hardware is OK, but the software needs to be improved. If I come to Handan again, I probably won't consider this hotel a second time.

It's just that other people's comments say that there are small gifts when checking out, but I didn't enjoy this. The room should be repaired, otherwise it looks too old.

My stay at Congtai grand hotel was superb, the location is easily accessible to shopping malls , restaurants and transport. The front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative despite having so many formalities due to the covid pandemic, the staff guide me to the nucleic acid test collection centre and collected the PCR result. Even arranged a taxi to the train station before checkout. I would definitely recommend it, guys whenever you’re in Handan , don’t miss out.
