This is an excellent resort away from the city but not too far from the action. You can go to the waterpark, elephant parks, and Bamboo rafting without sweating too much. The staff is helpful and hospitable. An excellent place to chill and relax. They made our stay comfortable and made special arrangements for a birthday in the family.

Location is not too bad even though it is not perfect

The service is a bit indifferent. omg, don't stay there on Saturday, the music at the nearby restaurant is so loud, it's like a party in your room. We were after a flight and could not sleep till 12, the next day it was quiet though. But it already ruined our experience and my second day as I was exhausted after major lack of sleep. If you got neighbors next door you can also understand everything they are saying unless you don't speak the language. The soundproof just doesn't exist. Anyway, I can't call a place a resort if it doesn't provide basic quietness after 10 pm. Not sure who gave it high score. I guess they didn't stay on the weekends. The facilities, design, etc all is good though. People are also quiet at night. At least we were lucky with that. The pool is clean, but of course its cold in January, some people were swimming though. The breakfast is good as well. Got books and some simple toys for kids. Poor score on the service since they told me they got no idea where the music is coming from and when would it stop. At the same time when I called other hotels trying to relocate (couldn't in the end as it was impossible to get a cab at 11 pm in the area), even they knew the problem of this hotel with the restaurant nearby.

I really like this resort hotel in Chiang Mai. It is a bit secluded and very quiet. It is surrounded by green plants. The hotel has a Chinese butler who is very friendly to Chinese people. There are not too many guests, so the hotel staff will remember each customer's preferences, such as daily cleaning time and breakfast habits.  The afternoon tea set was given when I checked in, and when I checked in, I was told that the hotel can rent Thai clothes for taking pictures (there are many clothes to choose from, and they are very new and clean, probably because this is a new hotel opened in 23 years), the swimming pool is very large, and the hotel's SPA is also very good! It is even cheaper than the massage shop outside! One night I was hungry and went to the kitchen to order a midnight snack, and it tasted good. Overall, if you like quiet and slow-paced vacations, and need Chinese staff, I recommend this hotel. It has a charm that makes people want to stay longer.
