I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent encounter I had with one of your hotel counter staff members (a man) during my stay at your establishment. I left the hotel before my booking completed. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in the hopes that it will be addressed and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
On 15/10/2023 at approximately 12:00 noon, I approached the front desk to asked for an availability of the hotel’s car. I was greeted by a man who displayed a remarkable lack of professionalism and courtesy. From the moment our interaction began, it was evident that they were disinterested in providing quality customer service.
He appeared distracted and impatient, as if they were inconvenienced by my staying at the hotel. His lack of attentiveness and unwillingness left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a guest.
It was disappointing to encounter such a lack of knowledge and professionalism from a representative of your hotel.
I sincerely hope that you will take my feedback seriously and address this matter promptly. It is crucial for your hotel staff to undergo additional training in customer service, effective communication, and problem resolution. Such measures will not only improve the overall guest experience but also help to uphold the reputation of your establishment. I believe it is essential for your hotel to value and prioritize the satisfaction of its guests.
