The hotel is located in Terminal 4, easy to find. Checkin is easy , just 2 minute walking you are in Checkin area in Terminal 4. The room are clean and very nice design. Stuff very polite and helpful, Breakfast is good. Can take metro to the city going to West lake, definitely I will take this hotel again.

Hotel located in Terminal 4. Walk for a few minutes then you will meet departure gate. Staffs can speak English. Room is big and clean.

Excellent hotel to book if you are travelling late. Our flight from Zhengzhou got delayed and ended up reaching Hangzhou at 2am. It was a 10 minutes walk from T3 to T4 and the hotel is very comfortable. The front door was not sound proof hence could hear people talking outside. The staff was good and spoke good English. The breakfast was very good having continental options.

It’s clean but small. Good if you need something that is RIGHT INSIDE the airport for a layover or early flight like I had. Nothing to do. Hotel food is fair. The spa in other hotel is closed, there is a gym. Cannot hear planes but you can hear the occasional door slamming. Does not smell of smoke. I would use again.

Fits all requirement well. It's literally next to the terminal. They even have draft beer. Also some older snacks and instant noodle sold downstairs in case you are hungry. The gym is very well equiped with different machines, full set of dumbell weights and spacious

It was a great choice to stay at this hotel since we arrived Hangzhou late night. Very conveniently located within the international airport (Terminal 4). Satisfied with the clean and comfy room. Bathroom with anti-slip flooring and grab bar, thoughtful concept to prevent fall esp for senior folks.

I reached hangzhou airport late night hence decided it was better to rest a night at this hotel. And no regrets over my decision. The room was clean and spacious. The selection of breakfast to me was sufficient.

We arrived at the airport terminal 3, and as soon as we walked out of the main door, we saw a sign showing the direction of the hotel. We took a night flight, but the only downside was that it was difficult to find a convenience store. The hotel is very clean. Super close with Terminal 4 airport, u need to walk around 200m.

Everything was amazing the hotel is very close to the airport and easy to get subway to the city you can connecting with line 1 , 2, 19 and more the breakfast amazing the WiFi 10 points the toilet all is new the gym is amazing new too

Great hotel and excellent services. It has 24hr fitness center. The hotel is located near terminal 4 entrance it was very convinience as my flight was early morning. Just walking distance to departure hall.
