A run down hotel which needs a total refit. I feel robbed of my money

The place is nice and close to the subway which is good but I need to travel a bit to get food Hah Hah Hah Hah.

The room is big but the cleaness of the room is not good we find many hair in bathroom area under bassin behind the door and they don t come to do the cleaness during 24h normally they need to clean room everyday but they change only towels no clean floor & bed .

The room is very good and quiet. There are all kinds of things in the room and the breakfast is also rich. Sister Lin at the front desk is very nice. She is very timely in renewing the card and delivering the items. She is kind and enthusiastic. I recommend staying here

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The facilities are poor, and the service is even worse! It also involves false advertising! The details are as follows: 1. At 7:30 in the morning, a waiter came to knock on the door fiercely, and kept knocking, asking what was going on: saying that the front desk asked him to come and fix the TV! I said I was still sleeping, so he didn't call me? He left without a word! I called the front desk: asked why someone came to knock on my door so early to disturb my sleep? The front desk denied it and said no! He also hung up my phone! I called again and they said they made a mistake! Is there such service? 2. The front desk service is terrible: no greeting! No smile! Cold as ice! Especially the male waiter, his attitude is particularly bad! When I arrived at the front desk, just because I said: You advertised online that it only takes 1 minute to get to the subway C5 exit, but I walked for 5 minutes, isn't this false advertising? The male waiter arranged my superior king-size bed room in the worst, most remote, and most corner location of the entire hotel. I walked around and looked for it for a long time before I got there! 3. False advertising on the Internet: The introduction said it was 1 minute away from the C5 subway exit, but the navigation showed 5 minutes, but it actually took 5 minutes to get there! Isn't this deceiving consumers! And what kind of exit is this C5? It takes at least 500 meters from the subway to this C5 exit, which takes several minutes! 4. The superior king-size bed room is small and old, the room is irregular, the equipment is shabby, the window is an inner window, and the buckle is broken and can't be buckled, affecting safety! There is not even a drinking cup! These are all real situations, please be careful to avoid being deceived!

I booked two rooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a standard room. For the same price, the standard room is twice as big as the king-size bed room. Regret! The king-size bed room is very cramped. It doesn't matter if there is no window, but the ventilation is not very good. The worst thing is that the sound insulation is too bad... The walls feel so thin that I can hear every sound from outside clearly. As a result, I didn't sleep well at night... The photo is a 0.5 wide-angle photo, so you can imagine it yourself... The front desk service is pretty good. They helped me check out at 1 o'clock and extend it to 2 o'clock for free. If you drive yourself, remember to get a parking ticket at the front desk.

The hotel front desk auntie was very welcoming, the room was clean, and it was close to the subway entrance. Overall it was okay.

It's been a long time since I've seen such a dirty hotel that requires a deposit. The air conditioner doesn't cool at all. I was sweating all the time when I slept at night. The bedding was damp and there was a smell when I entered. The attitude of the front desk was not good either. I found that the room card was demagnetized at around 11 o'clock! There was no robot either. I contacted the front desk and she said she would go down to get it. She was the only one at the front desk and couldn't deliver it.

Booked a room to watch Jay Chou's concert. The hotel is very close to the Olympic Sports Center. It takes about 20 minutes by subway. The subway station is right at the door. The room is very spacious and the environment is very good. The photos were taken before leaving. There is plenty of hot water for showering. The soundproofing is very good and not noisy. I praise the front desk lady for being very enthusiastic. The check-in process is very fast. She will also recommend local specialties. I will stay here next time I come to Hangzhou
