Had a great stay here, staff is incredible and you can ask them anything anytime on wechat and get a reply immediately. Room is very clean and they are not stingy with towels or amenities. Usually hotels have awful hairdryers, Mercure had a good one. It’s a small detail but appreciated. Will stay again in the future! 😁

Great hotel with excellent facilities, only let down would be that there are not many English speakers and breakfast is only ok. Otherwise, rooms are spacious, clean, and have all your requirements from large screen tv with plenty of channels to rainfall shower, bamboo toothbrush to bathrobe.

Location 4/5, a little remote. Hotel bar closes at 8pm which is rather early. Other than that, great stay. I was pleased to discover that windows can be open , despite the high floor 👍Most tower hotels have sealed windows which I find suffocating!

Hotel was amazing, swimming pool, comfortable rooms, near a subway station, drinks in the mini fridge.

too frenchy for a business traveler...room floorplan is a little bit odd.
no AC.. hotel said it was cool outside. they turn off center AC.. still 82 degree. and i am sweating like hell
