Honestly, the hotel is good, the customer service is responsive , the location was good for our plans.. room was clean, housekeeping staff are gentle. Their breakfast is good for expats. Their staff are always smiling and ready to help.. rooms are clean, neat and tidy.. i had some issues but immediately they solved it.. so helpful.. most important room was not smelly at all and sound insulators; you don’t hear the other rooms.. room photos on app seem more big and wide on photos compared to actual reality.. they also had the robot service for outside hotel deliveries 😁 .. overall i had a good stay at the hotel and recommend anyone who have any business at xiaoshan Hangzhou to book at this hotel 👍🏻
