Stayed here on a business trip as didn’t want to stay in town and catch taxi to airport and need a relax start to the day before catch another flight on business, the hotel is perfectly situated within in the airport and is a short 2min walk to the departure terminal.
You get what you pay for and the staff were exceptional and the buffet dinner and breakfast were on point.
Highly recommend for anyone traveller looking for a quality stop over for an earlier morning flight.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hangzhou Airport and had a fantastic experience. The highlight of my stay was the excellent service provided by Fency at the reception. She was brilliant and incredibly helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with comfortable rooms and a wide range of amenities. The proximity to the airport is unbeatable for travelers. Highly recommended for both leisure and business stays!

The Hyatt Regency sets the standard for fine hotels in service and amenities. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of choices from local to international. We were treated well and made to feel like VIPs. Thank you, Hyatt!

My evening flight was delayed and being too exhausted to wait a few hours for the flight to depart I decided to reschedule my flight and book a night at the Hyatt Place to get a good sleep. The hotel facility was absolutely stunning and the room was spotless.
Most importantly I appreciated that I could walk for only five minutes from the terminal to the hotel. Thank you!
