Best of the best, everything was amazing. The room is super spacious, staff were great (ok, daily room clean can be a little more attentive), reasonable price, great location, comfy bed, superb bathroom!

Superb hotel cleanliness and standard. Couple of malls nearby within walking distance. Helpful and friendly staffs esp front desk Jenny. Will be back here again for sure.

The new apart hotel, in the business area of Hangzhou. Helpful stuff, good food in the restaurant, kids room. The room cleaning could be improved, and breakfast could have more European options and fresh juices. Overall very good experience

It was a very pleasant hotel to stay in, the service was very good The aunt who cleans the room is also very nice. All the hotel designs are beautiful (especially the wardrobe part) The refrigerators and washing machines used are all high-end. Stayed for two nights, the service was very good, the quality of the room was also Marriott standard. It was completely worthy of a five-star rating. But the only and biggest problem was the sound insulation. It was a typical office building renovation, the exterior glass was not soundproof, the walls were not soundproof, and the whole thing was almost soundproof. There were two children living next door to the first room, and I could hear the adults and children talking clearly. I contacted the front desk and changed the room without saying a word. The second room was OK at first. But on the second night, a big brother kept coughing next door, and I could hear it clearly in the room. At more than 11 o'clock in the evening, I could hear the indescribable sound next door clearly... If it was a fast hotel, I could accept it. But as a Marriott executive apartment with a room fee of less than 1,000, there is no privacy at all... There was an event in the square next door, and the lyrics of the music could be heard clearly in the room... I really won't stay here again with this sound insulation.

The room is big, with a kitchen and a full set of kitchenware. The bathroom is also big and the pillows are comfortable. I would especially like to praise the two beauties, Lydia and Daisy, for their thoughtful service and helping me solve some small problems for girls. I would give them 100 points!

I booked a May Day holiday trip and stayed for two days. First, the gentle and beautiful housekeeper Iris upgraded our suite. Let's talk about the lobby first. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will feel very comfortable. There is a light and elegant fragrance that will not make people bored. The whole check-in process is sitting, and the housekeeper service is soft and gentle. I forgot to drink water when I went out, and I was thirsty when I arrived at the hotel. There is free fruit tea in the hotel lobby for you to take. After checking in, all the facilities are available, and the large kitchen appliances and even the garbage disposal are very considerate. The hotel that even pillows can be chosen is really considerate! I slept very well for two days! The curtains are all electric. The bedroom can open the window for ventilation, which is also electric. There is a switch at the window. But there is no exhaust fan in the toilet room, which will stink, which is probably the only shortcoming I can find. The hotel's own gym and swimming pool are also very satisfactory! The equipment is complete and convenient to use. There is a Dyson hair dryer in the swimming pool, but not in the room. Since I didn't travel with children, I visited the children's activity room and felt it was also very good, suitable for parent-child travel.

Excellent service. I got lost in another Marriott Executive Apartment because there are two nearby. I was picked up and taken to the right Marriott Executive Apartment. I was given a free apartment upgrade. The furnishings are new and equipped with everything. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is plentiful. Chinese and western buffet. This time I went to Hangzhou and chose the Marriott Apartment by efc. There are two Marriotts there, and it’s really easy to mistake them accidentally. The one downstairs is Xinyuyuan, so you can tell them apart. The hotel is not very far from the subway station, only a five-minute walk, which is quite convenient. This time I stayed at an apartment hotel, and the front desk helped me upgrade my room type. Entering is a suite, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and cloakroom. The kitchen has a Siemens oven, a full set of pots and pans, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. It is also great if a family of three wants to stay. The hotel was newly opened last year. The hardware is very good and the stay is very comfortable. At the current price, it is relatively cost-effective. And the staff at the front desk are very polite. Every time they hand something over, they do it with both hands. They are very polite.

I booked this newly opened executive hotel by mistake. All the facilities are new. Compared with the old Marriott hotel, there are more bathtubs, the room is larger, and the floor-to-ceiling windows make the whole room instantly brighter.
