The location of the hotel is very good, and is the main advantage - 1 minute from the subway, and at the intersection of the main attractions, easy access to everything. In my opinion the hotel is overrated. I arrived at the hotel at 23:00, and my room was not prepared, I had to wait for cleaning to finish. Also, at first I was given a key to a cheaper room category. A traveler who does not speak Chinese will have difficulty solving problems. The room was clean, but there are places which are never cleaned: for example, there is dust hanging over the bed head, a layer of dust on the tea set tray. The windows in the room are so dirty that there is no point in paying extra for the view from the room, which is really very nice. It's better to go outside and see everything. The bed is very comfortable, but the wardrobe and bedside tables are probably 50 years old. Breakfast is very standard, I came at the end of breakfast, and the room was very dirty - the floor, tables were covered in the remains of food - dropped or spilled. Apparently the visitors are not very careful. The hotel does not provide some things that are usual for such a room price by default - a shower cap, slippers for the room. If you arrive late, be aware that asking for them extra at night will be difficult.

It was very close to all the main attractions and very convenient overall. I think it’s a bit overpriced though. The room needed some repairs and the coffee machine at breakfast malfunctioned a lot. When I asked the lady for help she ignored me which was very frustrating. The noodles were yummy and the lady serving them was very polite and warm.

Pros: new-looking hotel, room very comfortable, very good location: near subway and Hefang night market, near a big department store(5-10 mins walk), near West lake (10 mins walk), next to hotel no food (inhouse has restaurant) but walk 5 mins quite a number of affordable options Cons: nothing much, breakfast is decent

Great hotel in Hangzhou

It is indeed a view room, facing the Wushantian Scenic Area! The viewing balcony is also very large! The facilities in the entire room all reflect the excellent thrifty quality of the Chinese nation. Look at the towel, it is really new for three years, old for three years, and mended for another three years!

The room is very spacious, the bed is super big, and there is a bathtub. The location is very good, just outside the subway station, with a pedestrian street on one side and West Lake on the other. It is a very cost-effective hotel near West Lake.

The room was very upscale and clean. The hotel manager was very nice and took the opportunity to introduce the one-day tour to us. It was also very close to the West Lake, a tourist attraction in Hangzhou. I loved it.

The room was nice, with a balcony and a view of Wushan. There is a charging station in the parking lot, but it was parked by a gasoline truck 😅 I will stay here again next time, very close to Yintai and Wushan Square.

The front desk is on the 4th floor. Downstairs is the subway station "Wushan Square", which is super convenient! It is very close to "Liulangwenying", one of the ten scenic spots of West Lake. There is no pressure to get up early to shoot the Internet celebrity check-in place. There are shared bicycles around the hotel. It is also convenient to ride to in77, Zhiweiguan Main Store... It takes about 10 minutes to eat and drink. It is also OK to walk to Hefang Street and Gaoyin Street. Facilities: 1. The hotel refrigerator is broken, and you can't pack things and bring them back. If you want to use it, you can only ask the front desk for help and put it in the small refrigerator at the front desk. The space is not big, and it can't be put in a big one. 2. There are no disposable slippers. Friends who mind should bring their own slippers. 3. The chairs in the room are visibly old, there are obvious marks on the cloth seat cushions, and the furniture is also old. Everything else is very good, there is a large balcony, it should be very pleasant in autumn~

The service was very good. When we arrived at 12 o'clock, there was no room available, so we upgraded it. The location is excellent, close to Hefang Street, Hangzhou Museum, and West Lake. The night view of Wushan is also beautiful.
