This is the most satisfactory hotel among the hotels I stayed in during this business trip! The staff were very nice, and I got a free room upgrade. I stayed here for the exam. It was very quiet and the environment was great! The room was very clean and there was a projection screen for watching TV. The room I stayed in had floor-to-ceiling windows and a great view!

The service is thoughtful and responsive. The only drawback is that the sockets are all standard flat jacks, and my round plug can't be used.
