When you booked, you chose the lower berth room type. If you are dissatisfied with the room, you can ask the staff to change the room type. I believe their handling can solve your problem. I am really sorry about the washing machine. The washing machine manufacturer has been urging Xiao Ningmeng to repair it. I believe it will be repaired soon. The elevator is a whole replacement of the building property, but there are three elevators available. The other two elevators are located on the north side of the public area, which is also very close to the front desk. Xiao Ningmeng can't grasp the maintenance time.
