All of the team member are friendly and outgoing which made us a great experience,especially Sin,a smile boy who impacted me mostly.

Very good location, walking distance from the lake, a lot of restaurants and shops near by. Service was very good, English speaking personnel at front desk. We had no food so we can’ t comment on that. Our room with 2 single beds was spacious.

It is one of the more distinctive Hilton Garden Inns I have stayed in. The service is also very good, and the lady at the front desk is very patient. It is also suitable for bringing babies. The restaurant is also good. Next time I will consider bringing my parents here. It is all-inclusive and includes meals, which is very worry-free.

The hotel is in a good location, with new facilities, stylish and simple decoration style, large rooms, clean and sanitary, and good service. The only drawback is that the parking lot is small and there is no place to park. However, the hotel reported the parking fee for parking on the roadside, which is still very good 👍🏻

Annie and Jeff at the front desk were warm and thoughtful. They upgraded the room for free. There were free drinks in the refrigerator in the room. It was not far from the West Lake. It was a good experience. The breakfast was also very good with a rich variety.
