房間十分乾淨，距離西湖也很近，周邊吃的很方便，價格也還好!前台張玲服務特別好!地方離西湖離河坊街都很近!交通便利！

酒店的環境比較好，在步行街裡邊，前台很小比較擁擠。半夜還有人敲門，嚴重影響休息，沒法給好評。有些房間還沒有窗。枕頭又少有不舒服。

前台小俞服務很棒，房間裏設施不錯，浴室乾濕分離做得很好還有智能馬桶。最喜歡的是電視，有好多電影電視劇的資源，新老都有。離西湖、公交地鐵都很近，是很不錯的住宿體驗!

酒店地理位置好，酒店很新，設備很齊全，前台小哥哥小姐姐都很熱心，保潔阿姨也很好，房間收拾得很乾凈。點外賣還有機器人送上來，太方便啦❤️非常推薦大家前來入住！體驗感真的很好😍
