Amazing location with an amazing view! The staff is very kind and friendly. There is a good cafe downstairs but the price is quite high, 38 RMB for an Americano, the highest I ever paid in China... 😅

It was an ok place to stay. It didn’t live up to my expectations. The room was cold and the roof was leaking a little. I wouldn’t stay there again, especially during winter. The service was good though.

The host was really welcoming. He waited for my arrival at 12.30am and was very helpful with the luggage and explaining the accomodation. The accomodation was really clean and had all the amenities you would need. 5 stars and I'll definitely be back!

Great place to make a home base in Hangzhou. We stayed for a long weekend. Very clean, comfortable, and convenient with a cafe with lots of good drinks downstairs The service was the best quality of this hotel. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, they gave us a free afternoon tea pot. When my boyfriend wasn’t feeling well, they provided cold medicine right from the front desk for us! The location is good for going to Westlake on foot or bike - it’s nestled in the hills and very serene. However the neighborhood seems like a new tourism area and it’s not equipped for all the taxi and DiDi traffic it gets. There were lots of traffic jams caused by people driving the wrong way down the one way, or too narrow streets. The room was comfortable with lots of special amenities. We liked the heated floors, bathtub, remote curtains, and waterfall shower.

Location is great. The service staff are young and energetic. They are polite, attentive and kind. The room layout and interior are very impressive. We enjoy the sunset view from our balcony. We will definitely come back.

A small like family type hotel located on a small hill. Very nice view especially from the room I stayed. Can see the mountains, sunset, etc. Service is good. Staffs are very warm, especially the manager, a very sweet girl Ah Wen (阿雯）。

I stayed here for one night after the training. It was a great experience. The mountain view outside the window is beautiful, very suitable for watching the sunset. The tea and snacks provided are very delicious, and the facilities are well received. This place is suitable for daydreaming, taking pictures and relaxing. I will come again next time I have the chance.

Mingbai is located high on the hillside of Siyanjing, and the scenery from the balcony is very beautiful! Two adults and one child can stay in the Shuangting Room. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was very good. The housekeeper sister and brother were very friendly. We also tasted the steak pizza in the store on the first day, which was very good. There are many places to eat around. It is also very convenient to go to West Lake. It was a pleasant stay.

The female store manager and two male students are proactive and attentive in their service. They consider all details of the guests. The homestay is clean and hygienic, and the transportation is convenient. The steak and pasta cooking in the store are very professional. It was a pleasant experience for the trip to Hangzhou.

Family travel, first time to choose a homestay, the "Liuxia" room we stayed in was very warm, clean and comfortable, the kids loved the tatami bed and balcony bathtub 🛁. Hangzhou was too hot in August, so we chose to have lunch and afternoon tea downstairs, both were good (I'm a big fan of coffee and desserts), it would be even better if there were discounts for guests staying in the hotel. In addition, the several creative restaurants recommended nearby were also good. The service staff was very good and enthusiastic, they sent fruit, helped with luggage, and helped with the medicated oil when the kid stepped on the air and twisted his foot.

I drove for 8 days and 7 nights. This is the best B&B with the best service. The room is on the third floor. It is very dry and clean. It is a family room. It is big enough and has a big bathtub.
