Very good apartment loft, was easy to check in and also they were accommodating in upgrading us to a better room with a better view as requested, they were very friendly as well and everything was nice in the apartment, including having a sofa and TV, we connected our laptop to the TV and it worked, its very close also to the METRO station, line 19, I highly recommend this place if you want more of a home stay feel rather than a hotel, you will enjoy it more, all in all a great place to book if you are in Hangzhou for business or just traveling holiday. They speak English as well.

This service suite is quite close to Metro station Line19 which is good for free and easy travellers. This line is direct linked to airport also. Three beds which is just fit to our family of five members. Value for money and we stay here for three night comfortably. Children like this suite as it is big enough and with mezzanine floor. Wife like it because of the Washing machine provided.

With the air-conditioning turned on to the maximum, the wind can hardly blow out, so I have to clean it myself! But to be honest, based on the overall evaluation, the price/performance ratio is still acceptable.
