Good experience with the hotel and it is cleaned. Location might be a bit far from main city area but it is quite near to business area.

The service is nice greeted at the lobby with a bottle of water, the rooms are big, however the location is quite far from the city center but the subway is very near. There is a self laundry room available for all costumers to use.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and worked hard to make the stay enjoyable for the guests. The location is quiet and has some restaurants and conveniences nearby. But it is rather far from downtown, if that is where you plan to spend much of your time.

It was a splendid night n great services!

The service is good, but that's just service. The air conditioning in the room had poor heating effect, the bath water was not hot, there was garbage left by the previous passenger in the drawer, and the floor was warped. When did the quality of Atour drop so much?

Hygiene: When we first arrived, the tables and kettles were covered with a layer of dust. It must have not been cleaned for a long time. I contacted the front desk to have them cleaned later. Bathroom: The exhaust system is not good, a bit smelly Sound insulation: The sound of conversations outside when the door is opened and closed is clearly heard. The sound insulation is really poor. Bathroom: I just checked in and saw that the bottle of bath products was sticky. I didn’t know what was going on. Overall: I probably won’t review it. It’s not worth it for more than 300 yuan a night. I will still choose the full season in the future. At least the quality is relatively stable.

This is the worst Atour hotel I have ever stayed in. The room price of 580 is not cheap in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, but the facilities inside are old and the garbage in the room was not cleaned. The hair and snack bag of the previous tenant are still there. , the experience is very bad, I don’t trust Yaduo anymore.

Atour at this price is not bad. As always, the home is decorated in a natural and warm style, with good care (no skin care lotion), comfortable bedding, and a washing machine dryer that is easy to use. Surprisingly there is free supper. When I arrived at the store at 23:00 and was drenched in heavy rain, I was really willing to like and add points to have a bowl of warm millet porridge. The transportation is convenient, close to the high-speed rail and subway, and the location is in the Science and Technology City Park, which is convenient for code farmers to travel on business. The disadvantages are as usual with the characteristics of Atour, the gaps of the fabric sofa are full of hair, dust and fine rubbish
