All the staff are super warm, happy to help, and great to chat with.
Location is close enough to the West lake/Tiger Garden/Longjing Village without being too close to the crowded area.
Would definitely recommend anyone new to Hangzhou to stay here.

Overall, the place is ok, nice and clean. Also, the staff is very helpful and friendly.
However, I expected to see the view of Xihu but it doesn't close to the Xihu that much.
And obe of our room is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. So, if you book the room, you need to check whether you need to carry how much stuff to which floor.
