Hanting Hotel (Hangzhou Wulin Square East Branch) Reviews

Very clean hotel, perfect location, quiet surroundings and helpful staffs. I like that they have the washing room (2 washers and 2 dryers). This hotel is located right beside Hangzhou Center in Wulin Square, less than 5 minutes walking distance to the Wulin Square subway station.

Clean n convenient to MRT station. Recommended hotel.

Nice location as it's near to Metro station. Super b hotel staffs, they are friendly and helpful. This Hanting also near to a shopping mall and some local restaurants.

There are three beds in one room. The room size is barely OK. There is no sound insulation. The takeaway can be delivered directly to the door. The security is too poor. It was very late when the room next door ordered takeaway. The takeaway man came to the door to shout the takeaway, which seriously affected the rest. It's OK to stay for one night. These can be tolerated during the trip, but the attitude of the waiter was so bad that I couldn't help but complain. The quality and service of the service staff are crucial. The service here is like no training. I hope to remind the guests who are about to stay. I also hope that the hotel can see this comment and improve the service and environmental hygiene! When traveling, I hope that the accommodation can feel like home. This Hanting is far worse!

The view from the first floor window is not very good, remember to lock the window! The third floor is OK, the hotel is new and clean, there is coffee downstairs, free drinks every day, the customer service girls are very good, and it is convenient to wash clothes! Exit from subway A, turn left after the elevator, turn right at the back parking lot and cross the zebra crossing. Walk forward from the subway exit, turn left on the road and walk straight to the Lingyin special line. I was stupid enough to take a taxi! It is within walking distance from Wulinmen Pier. This KFC is super cheap, and the KFC next to the Broken Bridge of West Lake is super expensive!

The hotel service is very good. It is very clean and cleaned in a timely manner. The twin room is quite spacious. However, Hanting Hotel now uses disposable cups, which seems to be hygienic, but it is inconvenient to put a toothbrush all over the place. Not far from West Lake and Wulin Night Market.
