This staff was very kind and had good service. They had upgraded us to get breakfast. The location was good and I could find a lot of food. They had a laundry service by myself. That was good for my long trip. Fitness also had good equipment.

1. Check-in Friendly check-in experience and staff ready to help when required. 2. Rooms Spacious and big rooms. 3. Cleanliness Relatively clean. 4. Fitness room Small but a few basic equipments. 5. Laundry Self service laundry. Good when available. Feedback/improvement 1. It would be good to see the laundry room and fitness room in separate rooms. 2. Some rooms do have a lingering smoker-user smell which is also embedded into the air-con. Unfortunately, proper ventilation seem possible when window or purifier comes in handy. Overall, I think the staff at front-desk are friendly, rooms are fine and great location.

Checkin 25 May 2024, we are a group of 3. We expect more comfort and breakfast from the previous review, however, the real experience we get: Location: for us it is quite far from Yinheng station (Metro Line19) if you walk it take around 10-15min, more time if you have your luggage or walk to HZ east station quite far too. If you plan to travel around XiHu lake, we strongly NOT recommend this place, coz Didi takes around 30 min. The only good thing is the supermarket, restaurant, tea shop, fast food are in the same place as the hotel. Room: normal standard. Maybe because it has operated for a long time, but compared with the other new smaller hotels in town or even the place we visit in wangxiangu, or huangling, those look more clean, comfort, air-flow than this hotel. Also the bathroom is normal. Walk way from elevator to the room can smell cigarettes. Breakfast: Fail a lot. We went for breakfast around 8:45 am. There are Not much choices. Also we saw many food are run out of station, the staff not refill many of them. Staff who work at the noodle station look lot of tired, with sweat on her face, some of them not cover mask when speaking/cooking. Public toilet: it is located on the 13th floor (for hotel guest) Room for men is dirty and old. Only 1 room for guest on this floor in which for guests who come for breakfast, gym and laundry. This hotel is a chain- hotel, room rental is not cheap, from our experience, we think the price we pay to other hotel can providd us the better location and foods Total rating: 4/10

Very good. The location is excilent. Near restaurant, sight seeing place, etc. They gave us snack and water as a gift. They also take us to the Railway station for free. We are grateful for all. I really want to recommend this hotel for other travellers like us.

The room is big, The service is great. The breakfast is very delicious. Highly recommend. Love this hotel so much.

The hotel provides free shuttle to and fro Hangzhou east train station. Very comfortable ride. Staffs were helpful to provide info to walk around. Nearby there was grocery market and several fruit stores and a mall where we had our scrumptious dinner at (老头儿）小炒肉was yummy and not too spicy.

Nice hotel with enough space for 4 people. Walking distance from the south hangzhou train station. Excellent customer service. Clean and comfortable beds. We took the west exit then walk to xiheng road. The alley is right beside Starbucks. The hotel is about 20 m front the entrance of the alley. There is a big sign with the name SSAW hotel.

Very good location, near to the high speed rail. Nice hotpot place just below the hotel as well.

Location is convenient, 10-15min walk from HangZhou East railway station. Amenities are sufficient for a short stay. There is a self service laundry service available at Gym Room for free, but need to take turn with all others as there are only 3 washing machines. Overall experience is good and the receptionist and other staffs are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Not far from Hangzhou East station. Room is clean and spacious . Upgraded to a bigger room Remember to book the free pick-up from railway station one day ahead

Location was great for rail visitors as I could walk there from Hangzhou East Station. Staff were friendly and chill. Rooms were well taken care of.

Nice spacious room located near Hangzhou East Station. Neat and clean. Loved the bathtub. Had to contact reception for amenity kit but everything was solved smoothly and efficiently. Would stay here again if were to visit Hangzhou again.

A nice boutique hotel but what I love most is the service and support that I have received from all the receptionists. They assist me in booking Didi, order TA food and always try to answer all my enquiries. 100% thumb up for the girls at the reception ☺️
