The staffs were very friendly. The hotel is very nice and clean. The room I was assigned to was spacious and clean. I really enjoy my stay. The location was 5 mins walk from the subway, so not too close but not too far. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially for a foreigner who has difficulty in engaging parcel delivery they try their best to help out kudios to all the staffs. Room wise is clean and comfortable. The pillow and mattress are so comfortable that you can doze off easily. They have their own brand of beddings.

Service was a little dingy since the lady at the reception was not so familiar with handling a foreigner. The room were really clean and spacious. The furniture and was good and I recommend the hotel. The location is next to a hotel whole street of restaurants and so getting food is easy.

Shout out to the staff, we had a very pleasant stay . Room is clean, hotel is vibrant. All the staff are very warm, helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again if i visit Hangzhou

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the interior decoration are pretty and modern. The hotel staffs are also friendly and takes initiative to improve your stay. I had great experience resting at Atour hotel in Hangzhou.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a blessing in disguised when our booking was changed from another hotel to this. The breakfast was sumptuous. The room was nice and clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We are so glad we had the chance to stay here. Thank you to the staff team here!

Although we arrived at 1am, the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room. The Atour bedding was very comfortable. I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed. This is a highly recommended store. I will choose this place next time I come to Hangzhou.
