Nice decoration, but the room facilities are old, not smart toilet. Then the bathroom design is not reasonable, the water in the shower will flow out, causing my child to fall out of the bath, but the head did not touch, but the foot was slipped a wound, there is a wound missing a piece of meat, call the front desk, ask for iodine and band-aids, the result is called the robot to send, two wounds, only gave a band-aid, without any humanistic care. When checking out, he asked if the iodine had been left in the room in case we took it? No pattern at all.

Very good service. We checked three ppl and it was not problem at all. Very helpful service. Highly recommended.

Best Hotel in LinPing. Service, cleanliness and the rooms are perfect. Nothing to complain. No problems with handling the check-in and registration for foreign guests.

Awesome hotel. Very luxurious. Great value for money. Even has a playground to take the young ones too. The swimming pool was great. We loved the variety on the breakfast!

Accompanying my child to take an exam, I stayed in the hotel. I was very satisfied with the environment and hygiene. The room was large and very comfortable. The front desk gave me a very friendly feeling. I especially thank Henry for being very nice. He patiently answered any questions I had. It is wise to choose Renaissance when traveling with my mother in Hangzhou. The room is clean and tidy, and the room is upgraded for free. The parking lot is in the third floor underground and the breakfast is also rich.

When traveling with kids, I always stay at Marriott hotels. This Renaissance in Linping has reached Marriott's standards. I have stayed there three times in a row.
