Well located for my purpose, close to the sightseeing on my agenda. The room booked satisfied all my requirements, spacious, well planned amenities and the extra large bathtub was a treat. Will certainly book again.

The place is new and rooms are well equipped. Breakfast tastes good but very few choices. I wish they could offer more choices and cuisines . Swimming pool is really beautiful. It’s outstanding. Rooms are extremely clean and tidy. Mini bar is free with soft drinks and is filled everyday .And the environment is too quite and peaceful. Otherwise except for few choices for breakfast; there’s nothing really to complain about. All is was great during our stay and I will surely stay again . Highly recommend this place:

I happened to meet the cleaning lady and asked her for one to take back. Third: There are three elevators in the hotel, and only one can go to the basement. However, when you press the button, the doors of the other two will open, and a downward arrow will be displayed. When you get into the elevator, it says it can't go to the basement, so you have to take it up again and then go downstairs to transfer. I feel like I've been fooled.

The takeaway guys kept chatting downstairs. The windows were not soundproof at all. The front desk said they couldn't intervene and there were no earplugs to provide. I went to the top floor to check in the next day and found out that the swimming pool was not open and was covered with moss. . . The roadside house is facing the garage exit. There is a fountain next to it. There are all kinds of noises. There was also a truck unloading in the middle of the night. I finally fell asleep, but the birds woke up and sang. I really didn't sleep all night. I had no appetite for breakfast. I had to buy a bottle of ginseng water to refresh myself and walk around the scenic spots. . . The curtain switch was broken, the do not disturb light would not light up, and there were big clumps of dust. I don't know how long it has been since people lived there. The carpet was stained. . . The floor was super slippery. With these slippers, it was like skating. I almost slipped my back. The air conditioner also had excessive dust mites. It caused my rhinitis to flare up. When I entered the room, it was 26° and the outdoor temperature was 19°. After turning on the air conditioner for an hour, the room temperature actually rose to 28°. It was really weird. I could only open the window for some fresh air. There was such a big gap that I could fall in if I wasn't careful. It was really too unsafe. The contents of the package were really worthless. I couldn't bear to change a piece of rice paper because it was already filled with writing. . . I really regret not staying at Xixi Hotel, eating buffet and taking a cruise. Isn't it great? It's really **** that I chose this one... I was so confused because I was looking for the package, but in the end there was nothing. It's so abominable...

The hotel upgraded the suite for free. The room was large, the breakfast was good, the tea and welcome fruit in the hotel room were also very good, and there were very delicate persimmon cakes. The service response was fast, and the children were very happy to stay! They said they would come again next time. As a coffee lover, I strongly recommend 2 American coffees + milk foam! Although the bathtub in the room seemed to be leaking a little, the overall stay experience was still very good. It would be better to come and play in the season when the outdoor swimming pool is open.
