I took my two kids to Lin'an to play at the end of the summer vacation. I stayed at Lin'an Marriott and had a great experience. The room was very clean, the hygiene was good, the facilities were very new, and I checked in at the children's playground, swimming pool, and mini theater. The sour plum soup in the lobby on the first floor was so delicious, great

The room was very clean and quiet. Nancy at the front desk provided good service. She gave us two breakfasts because we booked several rooms with friends. The hotel is in a good location and it is very convenient to eat. There is a sauna at the swimming pool.

The guest relations director Lene led us into the elevator and introduced the business hours of the hotel. When I went to the lounge to use the happy hour in the evening, the lounge lady Fancy made me a delicious cocktail. When I checked out, Miss Sunny was also very considerate. The room has a good view and is very comfortable to live in. You can feel the enthusiasm of all the staff for the guests in the hotel. Lin'an Marriott is worth recommending.

The executive lounge opens at 12 noon, only drinks, no food in the afternoon, no afternoon tea. Afternoon tea needs to be booked on the first floor for 168 per person. Open until 10 pm, no drinks after 9:30. Breakfast is very simple. The playground is not air-conditioned. Missing items are not arranged for mailing, and a copy of the ID card must be scanned and sent to prove that it has been received. After checking out, I received two calls, saying that they asked for opinions but actually wanted good reviews, but the facial cleanser was left in the hotel for three days without any notice. Then the children could only go to the amusement park on the third floor to play for a while. We entered the swimming pool at around 5:30. There were fewer people at that time. Overall, it was okay. The swimming pool felt a little small. It seemed like it was difficult to accommodate the flow of customers during the peak summer season. As for the room, we upgraded it and gave it breakfast, but the view outside the room was a piece of land to be cultivated... In addition, it is recommended to put garbage bags on the trash cans in the room... Good breakfast, the children liked it very much, and the variety was very rich.
