Amazing hotel with a great location in a quite nice district. Within just minutes to the subway and 2 minutes to the food court mall, few small shops around. Friendly staff, nice breakfasts, and wonderful high-level rooms with a view. Recommend it for couples and business travelers. As a bonus - they have self-service laundry free of charge (ask staff for details).

This is a very clean hotel. The staff service is excellent. And the restaurant in this hotel makes exceptional Hangzhou food. Will stay next time.

Amazing rooms. A real bargain. Breakfast nice, but mostly chinese oriented (that part was very nice). We would definitely stay again. Only issues is staff speaks not one word english. But with the help of some translations app it was not a problem. They were very kind and professional.
