房間設施老舊，完全不隔音，清潔阿姨收拾，隔壁用水龍頭聽的一清二楚，不會再來

總體來説還不錯。
優點：
服務挺好的，有事會很快回應，電視打不開説了之後立馬來修了，然後前台小姐姐很好，温柔耐心。
地理位置很好，就在in77這兒，出去周圍都是商業街，交通很方便，人也比較多，去西湖也很近。
不足的：
就是房間小，並且很多沒有窗户（這個問題感覺這邊好多酒店都這樣），然後我住的這間有點離譜哈哈，説是有窗，但是是一堵牆😂。
衞生的話沒什麼感覺，還可以吧，就正常。

Let me start with the conclusion. This is the worst Home Inn I have ever stayed in.
1. Infrastructure: old TV, poor sound insulation, air conditioner is directly overhead
2. Sanitary environment: stains on the walls and bedside
3. Hardware conditions: no response when pressing the front desk button on the phone, the room number displayed in the room is different from the real room number, and the anti-theft door lock in the room has been removed
