It was an amazing stay at ATOUR Hotel. Location was really ideal as everything needed was just collocated.
Overall experience was absolute satisfaction but staff at reception desk was really amazing and supportive. They were really forthcoming. I can recall name of a girl ‘Chuzheng’ who really went out of the way for guiding me. She went beyond call of duty to guide me as to how could I find a Muslim Restaurant around and as to how could I use bicycles parked around. I needed to visit a nearby mall and she escorted me till entrance of mall as I was unsure about exact location. All praise for her hospitality and forthcoming nature albeit in a professional way. A lot of appreciation for reception desk staff especially ‘Chuzheng’. Cleanliness and facilities were really awesome. I am impressed. I hope the hotel management keeps up the good work and maintains same standards of professional excellence.

It was a good stay, the bed was the highlight, very comfortable and soft, best sleeper ever. The only reason I didn’t give 5/5 is because the second night our room had hair and wasn’t swept or cleaned. Only the bed was made. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were so kind and so helpful! Amazing!
