The resort offers an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, surrounded by lush greenery and tranquil waters. The moment we arrived, we were captivated by the natural beauty that enveloped the resort. Our room had a stunning view of the lake, and the sound of birds and rustling leaves provided a soothing background to our stay. The resort's attention to maintaining the natural environment while providing top-notch amenities truly set it apart. One of the highlights of our stay was the 尊享旅拍服务 (exclusive travel photography service). We had the pleasure of working with the talented photographer 果果, who captured our moments beautifully. Her skill in finding the perfect spots and angles made the experience enjoyable and the results were nothing short of amazing. Both my wife and I were thrilled with the photos, which perfectly encapsulated the serene and romantic atmosphere of the resort. The pathways around the resort were lined with bamboo and stone, leading us to various scenic spots by the lake. Whether it was a quiet morning walk or an evening spent watching the sunset, every moment felt special. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and memorable. In conclusion, 杭州十里芳菲度假村 is a haven for nature lovers and those looking to unwind in a picturesque setting. I was very satisfied with everything from the reception at the dock to the room layout and details. The room was equipped with incense and scented stones. The lake view room is very close to the Yanshui Fish House in the scenic area, and it takes 10 minutes to reach the botanical garden to enjoy the plum blossoms. I participated in the hotel's travel photography. The photographer Wu Hao not only took good photos but also communicated very well with the elderly. The housekeeper Su Su responded promptly. WeChat contacts were replied in seconds, and the boat pick-up and drop-off were very smooth.

The room was very nice, and we were upgraded to a double-story room. The photography provided by the hotel was also very good. The photographer Wu Hao was not perfunctory because we were taking photos for free, but was very patient in taking photos and selecting photos for us, and also taught us how to pose. Good review🍷 The activity manager Maomao was also very responsible. He led all the activities we participated in. He has a good personality and is easy to talk to. It was a very good stay experience

Upgraded to a suite, the hotel has a smart toilet, floor heating + air conditioning, very quiet. The canteen has a lot of food! The lotus root powder for breakfast is also delicious. There are too many people watching plum blossoms in Xixi Park outside this season. There are also many plum blossoms on both sides of the river when you come in by boat. There are not many people yet. It’s a good experience to play in the hotel! The housekeeper Su Su is also very enthusiastic. Overall, it is highly recommended!

The service was terrible during this stay. We went there during the Chinese New Year. We were not allowed to enter even if someone came to visit. We had to pay 80 yuan per person to be allowed to take a boat. This is a hotel where you can only stay once and visitors cannot visit freely. It is really too exaggerated. Is it because of the bad economy that they are trying to make all kinds of money? The hotel feels depressed and deserted. No one lives in the surrounding rooms. The surrounding scenery is the same during the day. It is dark at night and I dare not go out. There are very few activities in the hotel. I stayed there for 4 days and was just in a daze. I suggest that if you have guests visiting, don't stay in the hotel. If you are afraid of being bored, don't stay in the hotel either...
