great location、not far from xihu lake。 so many restaurant around here including the night market.

Breakfast is unbeatable!! You may take an hour trying as much dishes as you wish 😋. Hotel room is old but clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. MRT Fengqi Exit B (escalator upward to the road) , Exit F (behind the hotel building has both up and down escalators and you can access to-from hotel’s back door.

The hotel is located near Xihu and metro station. The staffs were very helpful and friendly, they did a great job to make sure my family have a comfortable stay.

Hotel location and services by staff were great. Particularly like that there is a laundry room in the hotel equipped with two washing machines and a dryer. Hotel staff also help to keep your laundry if you can't afford to wait for clothes to dry up. The hotel is at a strategic location, walking distance to west lake just 15mins. My family and I were impressed by the service given in the hotel, they are all very helpful and friendly. I like to specially thank to a staff called 佩佩，she served us during our breakfast at level 12. Her service was excellent, she even packed some light foods for the kids, as she knew we were going to walk around at west lake after breakfast.

Very strategic location, subway is just right in front of the hotel, walking distance to the West Lake. Night market is just right behind the hotel. Very happy with the service and staffs are very helpful.

Strategic location, within walking distance to nearby Xihu lake. Friendly & helpful front desk staff, especially Ms Kilin Zhao. We first stayed 2 nights, went to Suzhou & leave our large luggage item before returning for another night prior to flying off. Good spread of breakfast options. Also enjoy the closeby Wulin night market.

We had an enjoyable 4 nights stay 22-26th June (room 939 ). House keeping services was excellent ! always keeping tap on guest amenities is sufficiently replenished and room was kept very clean and a special thank you to Ms. Zhang Jihong for her excellent friendly services with a smile everyday. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone as its location is easily accessible via the fengqi metro station which is below the hotel and hotel location is within walking distance to the West lake and Wulin night market . All the hotel staff were helpful and friendly which makes our stay an enjoyable one. Will definitely come back to stay again in future when we visit Hangzhou again. Thank you once again to the excellent house keeping staffs services for making our stay an enjoyable one.

This hotel is just next to the shopping center and not far from the lake. Many restaurants nearby. It takes less than 5 mins to the metro station, very convenient. The room is very good, clean, bed is very comfortable😃
