很舒服的一次住宿。帶着娃一家三口入住，前台講解很清晰有問必答，主動給了小朋友的洗漱用品。還加了微信管家隨時聯繫。酒店有泳池健身房小童樂園（收費38一次）。對面就是萬象滙，購物美食一應俱全，叫外賣也很方便，機器人送到門口，特別可愛。自助早餐品種不算多，不過隨便吃吃也可以了，要求不高。第二天晚上出門下雨了，還問酒店借了把傘。唯一的不足就是衞生間的洗手池設定不太合理，容易積水。其他都挺好，下次去還會選這家的。

由於颱風天的原因，我是當天在攜程訂的房間，後來酒店的辛經理又免費給我房間升了級，還另外贈送了我兩份早餐，房間衞生乾淨，採光通風都非常好，前台的服務也是一如既往的滿分。交通也方便，地鐵就在酒店旁邊。

I am very satisfied with the service and room of Kaiyuan. The service manager took the initiative to add WeChat and responded quickly. He upgraded the parent-child room when I arrived at the store. The room is fully equipped with children's items, two small beds and one large bed, which is especially suitable for families with two children. The room is clean and tidy, with a slide and building blocks, which the children especially like. Parking is also very convenient. I will stay in Kaiyuan next time I come to Hangzhou.
