Grand Hyatt Hangzhou

The room was spotless, without any strange odors, and the bedding was comfortable. The central air conditioning was quiet, and the TV was large. Given that the Grand Hyatt Hangzhou is located in a bustling commercial area, some rooms can be noisy. Ms. Du from Guest Relations actively helped me switch to a quiet room with a nice view, and her attention to detail was exceptional, for which I'm very grateful. To be honest, the Chinese restaurant was just average. There were four vegetable dishes on the menu, but two were unavailable. I picked the stir-fried choy sum with pork cracklings, and it was very tough – even tougher than what I cook myself, haha. The presentation wasn't great either; it didn't look like a dish from a Black Pearl restaurant, especially for 98 RMB plus a 10% service charge. The fish with tofu pudding was good, but overall, I'd say it was just okay. The breakfast variety, quality, and service were all very good. The Grand Hyatt Hangzhou has many positives: it's comfortable, clean, offers excellent service, is close to West Lake, and has a beautiful swimming pool.

The hotel is in a great location within the Hubin commercial area, making it very convenient for getting around and dining out, plus the views are fantastic. The overall service was quite good. My only disappointment was the breakfast at the Grand Club—it wasn't very extensive, and the selection was fairly limited.

Big shout out to "Bao Bao" (the staff member)! They arranged a room for us in the best possible location. The view was absolutely incredible – directly facing the musical fountain. While others were waiting in the rain to see it, we were enjoying it from our room. We could even capture photos of the Broken Bridge and the Baochu Pagoda. The hotel facilities were complete, and we were satisfied with the cleanliness. The decor and furnishings had a wonderful 'old money' aesthetic, which was fantastic.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was attentive and responsible. Xiao Fu (staff member) was a great help in resolving issues. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The hotel is directly facing West Lake, with a large commercial area right next door, making dining, entertainment, and sightseeing incredibly convenient. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hangzhou.

Traveling with my child this time, I chose this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, right next to Intime in77, and across the street from West Lake. At night, you can even see the West Lake musical fountain from the window. The hygiene was excellent, the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was quiet. The staff were all very friendly, especially the butler who was always responsive and very kind to my child. Overall, it was a very stress-free stay, perfect for traveling with kids. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The room was quite spacious, and they even offered a free extra bed for our child. It happened to be my child's birthday during our stay, and the hotel decorated the room for free and sent a complimentary small cake. The cake was amazing – both beautiful and delicious! My child absolutely loved the pool. Since it was raining in Hangzhou during the National Day holiday, we spent a lot of time swimming at the hotel. The hotel is also very close to West Lake, so we could just walk out and explore. Highly recommend!

The hotel boasts an excellent location right by West Lake, allowing you to enjoy lake views the moment you step out. Next door is a bustling pedestrian street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient! The hotel rooms are a bit small, but well-maintained. The bedding is comfortable, and everything is clean and hygienic. They even provide a Dyson hairdryer and a Roca smart toilet. We booked a garden view room, which came with a small courtyard. The only downside is that the courtyard roof offers no rain protection whatsoever. It rained during our stay, and the entire courtyard was dripping, making it completely unusable. What truly deserves praise is their excellent service. Anything you requested was delivered immediately, with no delays at all!

Booked a twin room for a trip with the kids during the National Day holiday, and even though the hotel was fully booked, they upgraded us to a garden view room, which I really appreciate. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the service was excellent. We will definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again next time.

Absolutely prime location, couldn't ask for better. Super convenient for walking around, and the environment is great too. They gave us access to the executive lounge for the kids, and they absolutely loved it, especially the food. Didn't get to visit the 8th-floor observation deck much due to the rain, but the executive lounge was really good.
