Overall stay was good. The cleaning ladies were friendly and overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. There are no lifts in the hotel so we had to carry our luggages up the flight of stairs on our own - not the most convenient in this aspect if you are travelling with elderly or young kids. Location was good - walking distance to West Lake and there's a whole stretch of eateries and a convenience store just beside the hotel.

Very helpful staff. I had difficulty with Alipay for taxi fare. But male staff really stepped up to help. I left my jacket behind but they kept it for me 😀.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Hangzhou called Home Inn. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend it to others.

Place offered exactly what you will expect in that price range. Is clean, have a parking lot and nice staff. There’s no fancy wives buts is located few min from the west lake,

The only advantage is that it is close to Qiandao Lake. The service is the worst among all the Home Inns I have stayed in. The hotel has no elevator and the waiters do not help with the luggage. After all, we are all 60-70 years old. Later, we asked for a floor and had to go to the back of the hotel. The room was damp and musty. We booked a family room for 3 people, but they gave us two breakfast coupons and we had to buy another one. We were very disappointed.
