There are nice bbq restaurant beside the hotel. The bbq and craft beer nice. The hotel staff service good.

Great room, comfortable bed, nice bathtub. The receptionist was really kind and helpful and helped me bring my luggage to the room. Will definitely stay again

I had a pleasant experience during my stay at the Crystal Orange Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with both the Metro and Railway stations just a 5-minute walk away. While the breakfast was average, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Sound proof need improve , you can heard the car hon in the early morning .
Taxi driver hard to access lobby to pick up and drop off

Hotel is located very close to the railway station.
The room is clean, with strong warm water and very spacious.
The staff is very attentive, accommodating and addresses our queries efficiently.
I will return to stay again.

Liked the big beds. Liked the cold little fridge which my other hotels (in this trip) didn’t have. Location was near the train station and also metro, the reason I chose it! Breakfast was ok.

Cozy! Right near a metro station which was super convenient. They were kind enough to upgrade our room as well. Honestly just a great place in general.

The worst things are not convenient to travel with big luggage due to walking distance from Hangzhoudong station is 7mins walk to cross the road.
Front desk service definately needs to improve.

I arrived late so understandable that the staff were tired, the room was good and clean however the lights were confusing to operate. Good location within walking distance to the train station

very nice location, walking distance from the railway station. I enjoyed the tub and english movies. clean but a bit smelly hallway
