Group of 9 people. Hotel reception is quite unorganized and gives wrong room card, which needs to be taken back by other guests of the hotel. This leaded to a long waiting time while check in, which could be avoided if the staff would check the names of the guests correctly. The reception was calling one of us in the late evening (9-10pm) several times to clarify different information about the arrival city to China and visa related information (foreigners). This should have been checked while check in and not via several phone calls. The reception avoids to speak English and talks mandarin to our group members. I found a long red finger nail in the bathroom. The toilet has some problems. Breakfast is ok.

I often stayed at this hotel when I came to Hangzhou before. It is my favorite hotel. The breakfast is quite rich (mixed noodles) and very delicious. This time the experience was very bad. I checked in at 20:20 in the evening. After arriving at the room, I called the front desk to send two bottles of water. The lady who delivered the water had a dark face and a bad attitude. She didn't say a word when I gave the water (maybe it affected her rest?). There were a lot of hairs on the bath towel. After taking a shower at night and sleeping, the carpet at the head of the bed was full of water when I woke up the next day. There was water in my slippers. I accidentally stepped into the puddle. It felt very uncomfortable. It was really bad. My clothes were also wet. I don't want to come next time if I feel like this!

The front desk lady always has a sweet smile and is very enthusiastic in her service. Whether it is checking in or answering questions, it is fast and good, making people feel very friendly. And the concierge Alan is very considerate, very proactive in helping with luggage, and can also give great travel suggestions: He also enthusiastically introduced me to the scenic spots of West Lake and fun and delicious places around Hangzhou, giving me a different feeling, and a great service experience! I will definitely come to Nade again next time I travel or go on a business trip.

The room is well soundproofed. Although you can't see the West Lake, the north is very quiet. You can see the Global Center from the room. The hotel is close to the subway station, which is convenient for travel. There are natural museums, science and technology museums, and provincial museums around it. It is also close to Wulinmen Pier. The geographical location is unique! Traveling during the Chinese New Year, breakfast is rich. I booked it for travel photography before the trip, but when I arrived, I was told that the Chinese New Year was a holiday... Although I can understand it, I suggest that the hotel indicate it in advance to avoid a bad experience
