I chose Four Seasons West Lake for my birthday this time. The service was first-class, friendly, thoughtful, and very warm! I felt the difference between Four Seasons and other five-star hotels. I thank the Sands Hall and the front desk for their careful reception. The two handwritten greeting cards were very cute, and the cake 🎂 was also a surprise. Thank you again. The only drawback is that the view of the room is relatively limited, which is a bit disappointing. I didn't see the big lawn, which is not very open, but the small balcony is very pleasant to bask in the sun. I have stayed in a circle of famous hotels by the West Lake, and the service is the best in Four Seasons☝️.
