Hotel located near Hangzhou tower. But not a walking distance (approximately around 1km i think) in front of hotel there are convenient stores which open 24/7

Room is a bit smaller than I had expect but the bathroom was normal sized so it worked out. I do not think you could easily fit two full-sized luggage in the room so you'd likely need to upgrade with 2 people. Location is excellent.

The location and staff is good, but one thing I don't like is the processing of check in.My daughter is under 18 , they refused, but after that, they agreed when I get angry.I do not see this policy when I booked.And then, they asked me the Chinese number in order to contact me.Do travelers have to have Chinese number? They can contact by email.I lost 30mins to check in.I think the hotel should improve this.

It is 3 subway stops away from Hangzhou East Station, 15 minutes away, and 5 minutes away from the Science and Technology Museum and the Natural History Museum on foot. Let me talk about the reasons for the bad review: 1. I booked a special king-size bed room because it was large. I checked in at 19:00 at night. The room was at the end of the corridor, and there was an emergency staircase next to it, and the staircase door was open. The most terrible thing was that the room could not be locked. A mother dragging a child could not stand it, so she asked to change rooms. The manager on duty replied that the same room type was full, and other room types were adjusted and upgraded. I asked Ctrip to cancel the order and rebook. 2. But after looking at several room types, almost all of them were so small that it was difficult to turn around, and almost every room had a strange smell. After an hour of tossing and turning, I was still hungry and didn't want to toss and turn, so I reluctantly checked in. 3. The hygiene is as shown in the picture below. After taking a shower, I opened the quilt and found a few hairs. The pillow was turned over and was dirty. There was also a pair of slippers on the bottom of the bed that I didn't know if they had been used... I took out disposable sheets, wrapped the pillows and sheets, and dared to lie on the bed when I was fully armed. 4. Because the room smelled strange, I opened the window, and the whole night I could hear the sound of the outdoor unit, and a tractor roared outside the window all night. 5. Finally, I checked out at dawn. As for breakfast, the watermelon was sour, the banana was black, and the water for cooking noodles was yellow... Summary: The room is small, the hygiene is poor, the breakfast is poor, and as for the service, the security guard came to help me check the room after get off work, and was urged by the front desk to send toothbrushes to other rooms. The front desk was very reluctant to show me the room, and frowned the whole time. By the way, when checking in, a young lady vomited in the office next to the front desk, and she vomited and said what to do if she vomited blood? The whole check-in took 5 minutes, and I heard her vomiting and crying for 5 minutes...

Nice hotel, second time staying here, the last time was three years ago, quiet environment, good location, very close to the Science and Technology Museum and Natural History Museum for kids, very convenient to take the subway to West Lake, will come again next time, surprise there is a laundry room, very convenient!

The hygiene needs to be improved (I found many glass fragments on the bathroom floor on the first night, and cigarette butts under the bedside table on the second night)

The worst stay experience. I was really tired and didn't want to bother so I just stayed for one night. I booked two nights and checked out overnight. The room on the second floor was very small. The front desk helped me to move to a larger room on the first floor. The door slides and doesn't work well. The furnishings are the same. There is no overhead shower in the bathroom. There is water in the bathroom when I checked in. There is water in the toothbrush box, which feels unhygienic. The most important thing is that the bedside socket is broken. The charger can't be plugged in and can't be used. It's very inconvenient. The sound insulation is very poor. I can hear the gurgling in other rooms. I can't sleep well at all. The location is good. It's close to the subway entrance, which is an advantage!

The family room is quite big, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and you can dry clothes on the roof. Although there is only one family room on the second floor, there are no mosquitoes and it is comfortable to stay. It is recommended for a family to stay.
