Stayed in the old room, but was told the new renovated rooms are execellent! Note, when you check in, ask for the new rooms!

Good not bad excellent food and good room

We went to this hotel for a short holiday and it’s been the most amazing experience! When we got there the staff attended us in perfect fluent English! We got an upgrade to a better room due to the construction site nearby but honestly the noise wasn’t even noticeable. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in a long time huge variety of stuff western food, fresh juices, cereals, english breakfast, all kinds of dumplings… The leisure area is beautiful we played tennis and the coach was genuinely kind and we are still in touch with him, became our friend! Hahaha really nice sauna, steam room, awesome swimming pool, quiet gym… really really nice. And it’s got a Starbucks inside of the hotel… + great attraction the surrounding area. I absolutely recommend this place for foreigners and locals.

What a wonderful hotel! Super nice staff, good location close to the metro station, beautiful mountain view. Clean swimming pool and good breakfast. I highly recommend this place.

Hotel was in a great part of town, near many lovely restaurants. The lobby bar was the perfect place to have easy arrival cocktails. The breakfast was well varied. Not too far from the tea fields which was a must see.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room upgraded to a larger one and could check out later on the last day. Good swimming pool and the location is close to Baoshi Mountain.

When we arrived in the room, there was quite a lot of noise from the construction site from the street. Because of that, we got an upgrade to a bigger and better and more quiet room. Service was perfect. A real 5 Star hotel.

Positive: The room was fine and clean. The breakfast also satisfying and a good variety of choices. Negative: Subway Construction outside the window until late at night; The pool as almost every pool in China only usable with pool cap. However, the high price of the pool cap in the hotel seems a bit unjustified and the arrogant behaviour of the personnel at the pool area is also a bit dissatisfying.
